They require cleaning with mild cleanser after every use in order to look OK. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't offer any remedies, said they have never had a complaint, and basically said "too bad, so sad." One of them also scratched very easily although I don't know how it occurred because it happened when my very first guest stayed with us, and she is very careful. Our water is treated, so it isn't a case of hard water. We were left high and dry. I will attempt to reach company owner to see if I can get a better response.

I also ordered an integral side splash on the right side. The size was 37"W x 22"D. The lead time was about four weeks, but it arrived at HD in less than three weeks. I am completely satisifed with the sink, with the exception that the HD sales associate specifically said it would come with a "drip edge", but it came with a straight edge instead. I looked in the Leslie literature and it said a drip edge was not available when there's an integral side splash, so that was a HD error. The sink is very attractive and the workmanship was impecable. I would buy from them again.

We later found out that Fireside didn't install an ice dam, which is required in this area. Fireside would not pay for damage, insisting this was an 'act of God' and not their fault (the new wood stove has an ice dam and hasn't had any problems). Needless to say, you can do better. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

While waiting for the flooring to come in a new manager took over and it has not been a great experience ever since. When questioning a few things that we had talked about at the initial purchase he made a comment that that "there is a reason why the general manager" is no longer with LL flooring. Even if that was the case, How unprofessional? When we questioned the amount of time it was taking to schedule an installation, The new general manager told us that it would be longer because the original installer Was let go due to poor workmanship. Again, How unprofessional to share that with a customer? We were sold out of white glove delivery and the delivery company did not have the means to get the flooring up our driveway and into our home. Luckily we had company and several people were able to help get the flooring off of the truck and up the driveway and carry it in. It was not a great experience and definitely not worth the cost of a white love delivery. Our floors are beautiful but the transition strips were installed properly and are cracking and moving. Also our hallway and master bedroom have boards moving and they sent the installer back who nailed over 100 nails into the areas making noise and moving and now our floors are damaged and make more noise than before! While trying to get this rectified I made a comment to the new general manager that this has not been the greatest experience, And he replied "yeah, it hasn't been great on our end either." Once again, How unprofessional? We had also planned on wood floors and two additional bedrooms within the next year and we will not be going with LL flooring after this experience. The LL Flooring customer service leads you on like they're going to do something and then ghost you. I do not recommend this company! BBB.org has an F with many others having similar problems.
