Went in for a cranial massage after thinking the receptionist understood but when I went to the room, they did a back massage for 30 minutes. I told the receptionist what I wanted and she seemed to understand but apparently not the person who did the massage so I told her to do another 30 minutes on my head only because that's what I needed. Well after they finished I gave her a $10 tip and was charged $70 for the massage but the lady who did the massage took another $10 tip saying her tip was $20. NOWHERE did it say that there was a fixed tip rate. During the massage she even stopped to put balm on her shoulders and arms speaking in her language like I understand her. Sorry Ass Service! We always do the 1 hour foot + back. as stated in other reviews TIP 20% IS EXPECTED. they are tipped employees so that is their pay and they deserve it. just plan on that as part of the expense like going out to dinner and this still cheap compared to most other places. The guys give super DEEP hard massages. If you want gentle, I would recommend that you request one of the ladies as they always seem to be softer. The first time left me very sore the next day, but I understand this is normal. If you feel they are being too rough, please express that and they will adjust pressure. After getting regular massages, now feel much better and very relaxed after. first 30 min: they spend a few minutes massaging your head, neck and shoulders while soaking your feet in hot water, then move to massaging feet and lower legs. my husband has some knee problems and they will work on his knees but don't usually just work on my feet and calves. He has been so happy with the improvements to the circulation in his lower legs and these massages have really helped his knees and mobility. second 30 min: for husband, he just takes his shirt off and they continue the massage on the same table in the main room, for me they take me to one of the private rooms, leave me for a minute to get shirt off and lay face down on the table so they really only ever see my back. Leave bottoms on and they will tuck a towel around the top of my pants so that they don't get oil on it. read more

Originally my brother, boyfriend and I were just going to get pho right there and saw the sign for a foot massage, I looked up reviews and was not convinced. New to massages, but I agree with Jane L. below 100%. I googled ahead of time for massage etiquette which informed me I could just leave my boxers on if I felt more comfortable and tip 20% as a minimum. I walked in, and at the front was an elderly lady and man. I asked for the time difference between a full body and foot+back. (Because my mom said if you get foot+back they still do full body, as do some of the reviews below). She explained that they massage the chest, stomach, and front of your legs too. Guess it was self-explanatory like I said, I was informed otherwise by my mom. I elected for a full body which is $50. Informed them I didn't care whether the masseuse was a man or woman so long as they are strong because I work out daily including heavy lifting. The front desk lady walked me to a room by myself and told me to take off my clothes. I got to my boxer and laid down on the massage table. A little Asian lady with large earring came in. The massage started at 1:45 PM, I kept the time on my phone by placing it on the floor under my face. She tried to pop my back but ended up dropping my face into the table. Like Jane L. said, they didn't work on my feet at all and barely worked on my legs. This was what I was looking forward to the most since I just finished working out leg today. The massage was weak, I should have said something, but I felt awkward laying there naked since I usually have my boxer on when I get a massage, again usually I go with my parents, but she ripped them off at around 1:25PM. Umm yeah. She left to go in and out a few times, about 5 minutes elapsed in total. I got the front to pay. I was paying with a card, so they charged me an extra $3 on top, no biggie since I saw it posted on the sign. I put down $10 tip so that is 20% right? Well she wasn't happy and had no problem at all demanded $20 bucks and claiming it was it was normal. I remembered my mom only paying $5 tip per/person when we go together for $20 massages. I explained to her that I received less than 1 hour's worth. It was now 2:06 PM. She continued to argue that I started at 1:00 PM and it is now 2:06 PM (Included this debacle at the front). They have no shame at all in demanding for huge amount of tips. I got a $30 foot massage, and it was extremely painful as my therapist had very rough hands. I payed with my card and still wrote $5 as the tip considering this a decent amount for an ok job. When you get inside you have to pay them upfront before the service but the problem is if you don't have cash for tips then you're obligated to put tips in there without knowing how good they massage you. Went here yesterday with some girlfriends. None of us were pleased. The guys were too rough and when we told them it hurts they did nothing. The men that massaged us were talked during the massage so we were uncomfortable, in pain, and unable to relax. Upon leaving the place we were all making our payments. They don't have any signage or tell you before entering they want a minimum $5 "TIP" and the people who massage you, follow you to the door to watch you pay and they talk in their language when you don't give the tip. Now that wouldn't be a problem but you can't tell the customer at the last minute, you don't know their financial circumstances. I would not recommend this place and I personally will never return! They don't have lockers to lock your things up while getting a massage.
