Without this firm's talented legal team my ex probably could have taken advantage of ambiguous wording and non-expiring provisions. Though I agreed to this expertly composed and reasonably thorough contract without my own legal representation, it turned out to be as good or better than I could have done had I chosen to spend my own money (which I didn't have at the time) to let a handful of competing family law attorneys churn and burn our accounts while we argued over teacups and drapes. Intellectulaw makes representations that they work with resources to further your innovation. Their representations are very convincing. Intellectulaw represents a path to progress your innovation. Upon contractually engaging Intellectulaw their misrepresentations unfold. Intellectulaw informs their client that a primary funding resource does not support the type of patent you are pursuing. Intellectulaw makes no effort to line up a replacement funding resource. The next step is for Intellectulaw to advise their client to form an LLC Corporation with New York State.
