They are a 24 hr gym, super convenient! Each workout and instructors are on the screen as you go. they have an easy/modified, medium and advanced instructors on the screen as you go. So thankful for Brooklyn and her customer service ! She was very helpful and informative about the whole place and how everything works. Made me feel very comfortable and didn't push me into purchasing anything. Which a lot of people can get nervous about when trying out a new gym. I recommend you try your first session free and you won't regret it, might even get a membership. Just like me !

I was nervous at first but I have to say, It was not bad at all. I enjoyed every minute of the class. The one I attended was Gentle Yoga, and the class had maybe 10 people in it. We all introduced ourselves and got started on the session. It lasted for about an hour and I enjoyed the comradery of my classmates. You can tell there are quite a few regulars but no one made me feel unwelcomed one bit. I recommend giving The Yoga House a shot, and I'm sure you'll leave with a friend or two.

The only thing I'd downgrade them on is the price, as it's slightly more expensive long-term than other places I've been to, but it's still more or less what you'd pay for yoga anywhere. The instructors have always been great. I can't comment on the other reviewer's problem with trying to call and email the studio, because I've never tried, but i can say that if there's a class scheduled, they've always been there. One reviewer had a problem with the gong in a sound bath class. I see where they're coming from, but I think they were wanting to make the experience be what they were expecting of it. Personally, i often don't find the gong relaxing per se in the moment either. It's intense. But it's therapeutic in the end. I wish I could reply to the reviewer and suggest that she was terribly uptight before even entering the studio. The instructors I've had here have been great. Jenna's probably the best yoga instructor I've met. She has such a comprehensive and clinical knowledge of anatomy, along with a facility with language that really helps me understand intuitively how to enter the poses. She needs her own studio someday. To sum up, people can be petty buttholes. Anyone tempted to leave a terrible review of this studio ironically direly needs this studio.

I took the 6:30pm hot yoga class and then the 8pm candlelight yin. Both were wonderful and I feel amazing leaving. I sweated, stretched, breathed, and relaxed. All the good things. I needed it! My body feels so much better right now. Thanks WGY for having a clean space with friendly staff :) and welcoming me to practice as a guest in the studio. Hopefully I can squeeze in another class before heading back to Arizona! Fingers crossed.

He was so informative and went over the different classes especially for beginners such as myself. I will be starting my beginner series in June and I will be going to my first class tomorrow. Their discount incentives are awesome too if you're a newcomer. The atmosphere here is just so wonderful and very zen. I can't wait to start. Amazing and beautiful place. Went to my first class with Kanani yesterday awesome experience. Love going to yoga where we learn definitions and why we do the different poses and techniques. went to try the Lei'd back Gentle yoga class with Marie today, and as a beginner Ive learned several different restorative poses, and I was also very comfortable. Marie was so helpful and patient and always made sure I was comfortable she also didn't want me to feel completely out of my element. If you are worried about not being super good or super flexible and yoga may seem intimidating for you but you want to try yoga, Id suggest this class as a start. It helped with aches in my back from working out the day before and it helped de-stress especially if you need to relax after a long week at work.

She has a gentleness that I credit to her Hawaiian heritage, but she is a great speaker and excellent verbal director and can get you into a variety of poses with ease. This studio does tend to cater to a more relaxed crowd. It does not have the pretentiousness of studios I have been to in CA and it is not always a continuous flow series depending on the class you take. But do not worry, you will get whatever you come to yoga for out of the class you attend. Every class has that relaxation as well as physicality you seek. Any pose can be modified for more or less difficulty. And Kanani is a master of relaxation and she has many interests that may include offering aromatherapy yoga in the future. The studio is also philanthropic and she always has a toy or food drive going for local causes. Lastly, if you are a pregnant woman looking for a prenatal class, look no further, Kanani can modify any class to suite your needs. You do not have to seek out a special prenatal class, she is comfortable and knowledgeable with all body types is the bottom line. I have gone to a few yoga classes at other places before I came to the SA Yoga Center and I can say I'm never going anywhere else. Even when your schedule is inconsistent, they will still give you tips to practice at home or while traveling. When you return, they will welcome you with open arms. The teachers are easy to talk with before and after class. They will help and encourage you along the way too. If you're new they're attentive to your needs. If you've practiced for a long time, they'll try to deepen your practice. I love what they do here. The best part is you can create your own experience here. There is a teacher or specific class that will meet your needs. Pick a class or a specific teacher and go to a class. Your body will appreciate the time too. If you're nervous, bring a friend. Super fun way to bond with people. I usually bring a friend almost every time.
