I dropped my car off on June 11th 2025, they told me it would take 2-3 weeks tops. I had a damaged driver side rear door, quarter panel, scratched rims, (and I guess damaged suspensions according to them). My car was swiped while parked. I didn't get my car back until September 12th 2025 (91 days). I'm sure it'll would've been longer if I hadn't called literally every week around the 30 day mark demanding updates because there never were any. Upon receiving my car back I see some scratches that weren't there before, I can't prove it but it's my car, I would know if there was a big scuff mark there before. Additionally, for some reason they decided to rip my rear dash cam out of its mount and put it in the cup holder. The cam was pretty securely mounted so I know for sure it couldn't have been an accident. Below is a picture of the damages to my car before I dropped it off along with notes of every time I've called them over them over the last 1+ months. I am not lying to purposely sabotage their business, but there is definitely something very shady with this body shop.

I finally got my vehicle back in August 2025 after paying for a rental car since June. Custom 1 Auto refused to give me their insurance to file a claim for the damages and my insurance said that the shop should be liable. He will give you a complete breakdown of what your car needs and even send you a quote with all the parts and labor included for a total price. He will recommend/suggest what he believes is the most important part to fix on the car first but ultimately lets the customer decide what they want to fix so that they have the funds do to so and not break the bank. I have taken my car here 1999 Honda accord LX and gotten it fixed up and also my moms car 2013 Toyota corolla, all taken care of at a reasonable price. The turn around time on his work, depending on how much he has to fix is surprisingly really fast I would say from a a few days to a week at most for a major repair. He gave me his personal phone and business phone number so that I can call anytime and he has never not answered me so he has great customer service. Finally even when he was closing up shop and I was having issues with my car he still had the decency to stay after hours to help me, if that doesn't show what kind of man he is then idk else what will!
