It took four hours to get my car towed from a parking lot to a tire shop. They sent generated estimated times that are not real. I was estimated 75 minutes to 105 minutes as I previously stated it took four hours for them to get there. I followed the tow truck to the tire shop once I got inside my car at the tire shop to remove all of my valuables. It was gone. I highly do not recommend this company. Had issues with the service. The driver said he would call my mechanic upon arrival and did not. He was also provided the gps and photos of where to deliver the vehicle. Instead they dropped it off at the wrong location. I was forced to locate and retrieve the vehicle and transport it to the correct address. This resulted in missing a full days work instead of just a few hours. Disappointed they did not attempt to deliver as agreed and refused to take accountability. I was not assured if I would be reimbursed for the incorrect transportation of the vehicle. Best option is to just inform others before they decide to trust this company with executing proper transport of their vehicle. make sure to get everything over text, email or written agreement just incase you have to prove any wrong doing. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY called HY TECH TOWING AND RECOVERY!!!! Called for a tow between ETA 5:00 AM - 7:30AM. They called me at 3:45 AM and said they were at my home but since I did not answer they left. HOWEVER, I received a text from them at 5:30 AM saying they were just arriving. No one would answer their phone from 4:00 AM until around 6:15 AM and voice mail was full. When I finally reached the company representative he was rude and starting hollering and screaming at me (I am female and he probably would not have done this if I was male.) Tried calling to see what lot they took my car to and the person on the phone was rude and cussed me out because I didn't know my vin number. The tow drivers are very unprofessional and will mess up your vehicle and then not take responsibility for damages even tho they are the ones that steal your car in the first place. Hy Tech was the third towing company in four hours that my roadside assistance contacted and Luis came through for us. Our son's car broke down in Pinehurst and we needed it towed to Houston. Luis kept in touch, located the vehicle, towed it to our specified location, sent us a photo, locked the car and put the key in the service envelope at our car repair facility.
