I called around and found that the Liberty store had it. I asked that they put it aside for me and they agreed happily. When I arrived, there was a little confusion on where the carrier was, but they quickly found it. They were also running a great sale on cat litter, so I bought two 25 pound bags which were fetched for me and taken out to my car. Awesome service. This smaller store is a gem.

I needed a tool for my water meter so I could have functioning utilities. Mind you that I also had to be to work so I was moving expeditiously.This morning I went to Drago Hardware Co.1900 9th Ave. Port Arthur TX. As I go to checkout an employee at the register was casually talking with another civilian that wasnt making a purchase. I ask if I can be checked out. He looks at me with disgust. Raises his voice As if I was across the store to tell me how rude I am. Only to be followed by derogatory and racists remarks; such as "your people won't ever get ahead" and "you'll just end up in prison" all because I asked to be checked out. His actions can not be justified. I was bothered by my experience. I thought for certain that type of behavior wasn't tolerated at the store , but unfortunately that was just the tip of the iceberg. I call the location to speak with a manager to inform of the situation. I noticed she seemed uneased with attitude galore. I can only assume because of my distinguished African American accent. I asked how she was doing only to be insulted again. She replied with "fine up until this phone call" followed by a dial tone. I will be having a peaceful protest until this is brought to light .

After purchasing…read morethree ZD1211 in the past 3 years, bringing them in for regular service, and keeping them well maintained. I Choose the ZD1211 Because it is a Diesel motor, and it is difficult to keep Gasoline on hand. My 2000 Gallon Diesel tanks are constantly monitored by Moffit fuel, and the telemetry (digital Monitoring system) is set to refill at 20% We have 3 inline filters One being a glass fuel water Seperator, and the other 2 being Wix 24006 filters. The tanks are cycled every 2 weeks The tanks feed all grounds equipment, and we have never had a fuel issue with any other machine, a total of 17 Peices. When I purchased one of the mowers it failed to feed out of the left saddle tank, from the first day that I picked up the machine. We purchased the machine in the summertime. We needed the machine, and my grounds manager said we could limp through. I took the machine to get repaired and was told that the tank had sludge and water in the tank. I happily paid, and returned the mower to my grounds crew. The problem persisted and I was told that the fuel had water in it. Strangely enough the fuel that was in it was from Wowco. I picked up the motor on 6-28-25 and the wowco fix was to remove the Kubota designed fuel system. I spoke with Wade Smith and asked why I was paying for the same repair twice. It seemed like a valid point to me. I paid my bill of~1650.00 which included other services. I feel that a company that doesn't take time to communicate with their customers is a perishing entity. I can no longer do business with a company that I cannot trust. I have been in business for myself for 25 years and have sold 2 different companies. Honesty, open dialogue, and the ability to know right from wrong. I have worked in the industrial world all of my life and have handled the separation of liquids, for the largest companies in the world. It seems like wowco policy is we are always right, even if we are wrong. I am contacting Kubota, to notify the modifications to ensure that my warranty is not voided.

WOWCO sent a wrecker to pick it up to take it to there shop. Expecting the worse as the cost and when I contacted them they had already started repairs so I asked if they could give me an estimate on what it would cost as I was told the ECU went out , expecting a large Bill and they could have taken advantage of me knowing I had to pay to get it fixed and they told me there was no charge because of a recall , They fixed the Tractor right away and even delivered it back to my home . Its nice to have such a honest business to deal with. Made me very happy that I had purchased my tractor from WOWCO with this Unbelievable such Honest people to deal with. Thank You WOWCO

He has tried to make sure the local community doesn't have to travel 30 minutes to "town" for small misc items that might be needed on short notice, and he has succeeded.
