Due to having to install the vent pipe they had to make some holes in the ceiling which they did a great job patching, re-texturing, and painting. You can't even tell they were there! Every single time I go I find incredibly unique items. They have all of the standard bedding plants, trees, shrubs, roses, etc. What sets this place apart is ALL of the rest. I have found something here literally every time that I have never seen before. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and my plants have always been healthy and happy. If I had a truck I'd be bringing home even more things. You can find 7-15' trees and shrubs for about an incredible value. Their standard bedding plants are $2.49. They do have a large variety of pots, garden accessories, water fountains, etc. For our native plant garden enthusiasts you will find everything you need here, including native milkweed. I have never had a problem with the service. But you do need to go and ask if you have questions or need help. They have always been great to me. If you are used to someone following you around to shop, just understand that won't happen here. I also frequent Warren's, they are lovely, it's simply a different experience. Do: Come early, it's huge and you'll want to take your time. Wear your gardening shoes, the paths are wet and have soil on them. Ask if you have a question or don't see a price sticker. Bring your water and prepare accordingly for outside temps in TX. No, they do not have a restroom. Which is NOT uncommon with our local nurseries. Just plan accordingly and you will be so thrilled you did. The driveways are easy to miss, go very slow on the approach. There are two driveway/entrances and two parking areas. There is ample parking, it just looks a bit daunting at first. This is truly a rare gem. It has everything you could want for all of our hearts desires. If it's rare, hard to find, unique or fun, you're more likely to find it here than anywhere else I've been in HOU or SA. Do yourself a favor and drop by.

Buyer Beware…read more Built-in Appliance Owner Rob Johnson Just the Facts: Bought a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and a Speed Queen Front Loader Washing Machine approx. $3,600. Had a friend pick up the Dishwasher that day and was told delivery of the SQ would happen in a few days. Got a message saying delivery would take place the following Monday, one week later. Delivery day: old machine was taken out, SQ put in and installer told me all was ok but, a little issue. No hot water. Maybe a solinode issue but, owner would send someone to fix. I told installer that I wanted a switch out for new working machine that I had paid for. I could wait until new one came. He said probably not an issue and to just call the owner. He then left with my machine. Here are the quotes to both my husband and I during conversations with Mr. Johnson to resolve the delivery of a broken machine by redelivering a functioning new machine. "it's not broken, it just doesn't get hot water." "90% of the people don't use hot water." "These machines come from a factory in Wisconsin. They don't test them before they ship them. They don't have time for that." "This is like a 1 in a thousand problem. It just happened to you." "Me: if you put that machine on your showroom floor with a sign on it that said "this machine doesn't get hot water" would anyone buy it? Him: IDK "I don't have any in stock" "This is a warranty issue, that's what warranties are for" "To get a new one in stock, I'd have to call the rep and buy one" It is getting increasingly difficult to support small business, this one in particular, American Veteran advertised, with this level of customer service. End result, though the owner set up service for the machine.I found out from the repair company that diagnostics were set up to happen a day after I was told to wait for service. Mid day, I called Mr. Johnson to determine when in 24 hrs service was to happen. He said, "IDK when they are coming customer service is poor these days." (You can't make this stuff up) I asked for the repair company's name and their phone number, it took some work but, I was then given the information. This is when I found out that the original appointment was made for the following day even though I was told to wait for service a day before the appointment was made for. Though the machine is now fixed and the other is functioning, We will never support Built-In Appliance in Kingwood again and would encourage all to do own due diligence regarding this business.

I Choose the ZD1211 Because it is a Diesel motor, and it is difficult to keep Gasoline on hand. My 2000 Gallon Diesel tanks are constantly monitored by Moffit fuel, and the telemetry (digital Monitoring system) is set to refill at 20% We have 3 inline filters One being a glass fuel water Seperator, and the other 2 being Wix 24006 filters. The tanks are cycled every 2 weeks The tanks feed all grounds equipment, and we have never had a fuel issue with any other machine, a total of 17 Peices. When I purchased one of the mowers it failed to feed out of the left saddle tank, from the first day that I picked up the machine. We purchased the machine in the summertime. We needed the machine, and my grounds manager said we could limp through. I took the machine to get repaired and was told that the tank had sludge and water in the tank. I happily paid, and returned the mower to my grounds crew. The problem persisted and I was told that the fuel had water in it. Strangely enough the fuel that was in it was from Wowco. I picked up the motor on 6-28-25 and the wowco fix was to remove the Kubota designed fuel system. I spoke with Wade Smith and asked why I was paying for the same repair twice. It seemed like a valid point to me. I paid my bill of~1650.00 which included other services. I feel that a company that doesn't take time to communicate with their customers is a perishing entity. I can no longer do business with a company that I cannot trust. I have been in business for myself for 25 years and have sold 2 different companies. Honesty, open dialogue, and the ability to know right from wrong. I have worked in the industrial world all of my life and have handled the separation of liquids, for the largest companies in the world. It seems like wowco policy is we are always right, even if we are wrong. I am contacting Kubota, to notify the modifications to ensure that my warranty is not voided.
