I hope the owner sees this because I couldn't find parking so I left. It doesn't help that their location is on Route 17. So, I don't know if there's a hidden parking lot. I am a workout fiend. I am someone who takes exercise very seriously and works out almost every day. I have seen it all, done it all. I've heard all the gimmicks, heard all the sales pitches and tried everything. I know what's legit and what isn't. Trust me this is Legit. The Kettle bell classes they offer are by far the best investment I have ever made. You will get in fantastic shape. It is a tough, grueling workout that will push you to the max but you will get results. It has helped me tone up and put on muscle unlike anything I have ever done. Beyond that, Joe (the owner and instructor) is one of the nicest, friendliest and most dedicated professionals I have ever dealt with in the fitness world. He really cares about seeing you succeed and always provides valuable coaching and assistance to anyone that asks. He maintains and runs a well-equipped, clean and safe facility Everyone that takes the classes is friendly and supportive. No muscle head jersey shore types who try and put you down here. Egos are checked at the door. Overall, I highly recommend this place. To be fair it's not cheap but compared to other places and other gyms, it is the best investment I have ever made.
