No machine, no pressing numbers. For that matter, every time I called he answered the phone. Very professional, very organized, and very personable. We made the appt and he was there when he said he would be there. He sent pictures when he was done so I could see the difference. Of course my sister was so surprised and happy, she sent me pictures as well. I thought my sisters home was a beige color. Turns out its a pale yellow! Yes, that's how dirty it was.
