When my mother ordered the flower for the funeral, the florist made the flowers that doesn't match up with the booklet that shows the samples of how they are designed. The guests were upset how it turned out. We thought it will look like the one from the booklet catalogue. I would suggest to make sure and double check just to make sure the florist assembles the way you want it to look like than rely on the florist to design it and deliver to the destination.... Prices differ as well if you order the flowers or plant leaves. My experience anyways. read more

Got my mom orchids for Mother's Day. It was a little bit challenging to explain the type of orchids and how much I was willing to pay but the worker and I worked through it. It was hectic store to visit on mother's day but worth it. A special thanks to the little elderly lady with a bonnet that helped me select the orchids. I recently purchased orchids from Hoa Sen Flowers for an anniversary of mine. The selection there is a little limited, but the arrangements are very well done and put together. The review I am writing will mainly focus on their customer service. The lady there, whom I believe to be the owner, I had some difficulty communicating with her since she mainly spoke Vietnamese, was very friendly and welcoming. I purchased an arrangement that was very pretty. Unfortunately, I must have gotten a bad batch from them. I had to go back a few times to get my arrangement re-made due to the orchids dying within a week. (It was because they were over watered, by the sister's owner) Each time I brought them back, they did not ask any questions and replaced my arrangement with a new one. The orchids they carry here are all real and will not have any of the artificial coloring to them. Therefore, if you are looking for blue or some exotic colors that would require dye, you will not find them here. Instead you will find all natural colored orchids. I definitely recommend buying from this place. I always rather support a mom and pop shop than some huge conglomerate like 1800 flowers. They are fairly priced, and you have to put into consideration that this is a privately owned business and you will have to pay a little bit more. However, you will definitely feel more appreciated here than at huge commercial store. They will definitely make you feel appreciated and will thank you for your business. If you come here, you will not be disappointed. Give them a chance. read more

Normally, I bought hoa mai in Phuoc loc Tho. This year i was so busy, so I just stopped and bought the flowers here. I just bought 2 bunches of Hoa Mai for Luna New Year($100 dollars). The shop was not honest. I were so upset when i opened my flowers. There were 10 of them total in two bunches, and they were wrapped together.when i opened them, 7 of them were broken and no flowers middle of every branch. I dont recomend this shop.
