I hate to talk negatively about a local business, but when they cant even return your calls because…read morethey did a job so poorly and know it, it's hard to feel bad for the people. I had my furnace go out last winter and the ac go out this summer. This is my LIST of complaints: *called about furnace at the beginning of winter and was told they'd replace it within the month. * 3 months later and about ten trips to his shop, i finally get my furnace replaced.-he would day he would follow me back to my house and then never showed up. *would ignore our phone calls for our furnace. *had to buy multiple space heaters to keep the house warm enough for our children to live in while in limbo of whether or not he was coming to fix. *ac goes out now at the beginning of summer and he says he'd have it replace within a couple of weeks. *call to find out he went to a weeks vacation during the time frame he said our ac would be fixed. *try calling to see what is haulting it from being done and he ssys he will be down "tommorrow". Never shows up.-this happened about 5 times. *finally call his electrician that he contracts that helped him install my furnace. (Because he doesnt know how to do that)-he was able to get him to come fown finally. *told us that it would cost 2500-3000 installed with all parts.- charged 3000 and then had the nerve to send electrician bill to us because he doesnt understand what "installed" means. *installed ac on a completely different wall than the old ac leaving it under the end of the roof for water,snow, and ice to fall on it. Also left my old wiring just hanging out the back of my house. *disconnected ducting in some rooms accessable only by crawl space for no reason and wont answer the phone for me to request he finished his job. *got ahold of receptionist and after 3 calls found out that he told her he'd look at it when he's done installing new furnaces for people.(money making jobs). *still hasn't called or fixed the problem. For both jobs, i paid in full and in cash right away. So in sumation, this company will ask for down, jerk you around, never finish the work, give you the bill with a pay-by date that was either more than estimated or at the very max of the range given, give you bills because he has to contract other people to do his job and never talk to his customer again. Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off and treated like you were just a quick buck.
