This locally Vietnamese owned family company is very professional. They speak perfect English & Vietnamese. My Husband, my sister, my mom, & I arrived from the USA & it's our first time in Australia. The family hosting us lives in Seven Hills, about 45 minutes away without traffic, & they don't have vans big enough to accommodate four of us and our 8 luggages. We don't want the family to borrow 3 or 4 cars to come to the airport to pick us up, so we insisted our friend called the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They called Galang Shuttle. We're sucked with custom & were more than an hour late & they waited for us with no complaints. Hai was our driver & he even parked the bus & went inside the airport to look for us. The bus itself was very clean, in new condition, and very comfortable. Hai was very friendly and give us lots of good tips on what to do and where to go while we're in Australia. We're so happy with Galang Shuttle, after he dropped us off, we make & paid in full in advance for 3 more pick up/drop off for our flight to & from Melbourne and our last flight out to New Zealand. Their price is very reasonable and when we book & pay in advance, they even give us discount!! Can you say AWESOME!! We used them a total of 4 times and we're happy with their prompt services every single time. Tell them your flight and they will advise you the time they needed to come pick you up. They always arrived & waited for us before the appointed time. They always happy, professional, and help load our luggages. In fact, the family hosting us says they will use them from now on for any guest coming in town so they don't have to go thru the trouble of borrowing cars to pickup from the airport. I arranged everything online and quickly got a personal note back from the owner (who turned out to be our driver) to confirm the pickup details. Nigel showed up at our arranged spot at our arranged time and proved to be more tour guide than shuttle service. After he packed our group and loads of luggage into his roomy van, he headed for the airport. pointing out interesting sites and landmarks along the way.When we mentioned that we had hours to kill at the airport before our international flight, he suggested taking a leisurely route through Sydney's interesting neighborhoods, and along the coast to well-known beaches and hidden coves. By the time we arrived at the airport, Nigel had given us a not-in-the-guidebooks (complimentary) sightseeing tour that convinced me I must visit Australia again. Auztranz will be my first choice for all transportation and sightseeing; hopefully Nigel will be available for a multi-day tour of New South Wales.

The van was packed with about 10 people and I was the 5th one to be dropped off and it happened in about 30 minutes. I received friendly customer service. This is a great option for those who don't want to deal with bus/train schedules or don't want to pay expensive cab rides.

Be careful with these people…read more Had a very bad experience with Sydney Airport Shuttle. I bought the ticket online then called a couple of days later to book the shuttle but they said that they would not honour the eticket (I had to print a copy which was impossible as i was travelling). I complained about it by phone and email and got a very sarcastic reply, no help whatsoever. I paid on Paypal and have now raised a dispute against them - Paypal are dealing with it as a very serious matter. Very poor customer service indeed from Sydney Airport Shuttle plus I discovered that the train is very much easier and quicker with the added bonus you don't have to deal with the sarcasm. Recommend to avoid like the plague - take the train instead.
