After leaving him a short message I received a call from his office on the 14th in response to that message. It seems that the right hand has not communication with the left. We confirmed my July 15 appointment. Later, I received another call confirming the July 15 appointment. July 15 arrives, but no call at 4 pm from Mr. Randall, nor a call either to inform me that he is delayed or to reschedule. I finally called his firm and was shunted between several people. I was informed that he was in conference with a client and would call when he was free. At 6 P.M., Mr. Randall calls. His manner was unprofessional and dismissive. He begins his call by referring to me by my first name. I am a senior lady who has never met this man. I was shocked by his callow and informal behavior. After a brief conversation, I chose to end the call. Obviously, Mr. Randall, the first named partner of this firm has enough to keep him busy.
