I had decided over another company because he told me he was backed by Barbara Corcoran, of Shark Tank and had 29 years of experience. Would't even come back out or try to take something off the price. He said it was nothing he could do. I Iended up calling another company who came out that same day and was able to treat and clean my carpet as expected and get my carpet 90% cleaner than Chris. Wish I had called them first. Never will I search the internet again without knowing if someone used them first.
