Scholtens didn't have contractors available so just ordered stuff. Last time I redid a bathroom went much smoother. Apparently I would have received better support had I been able to use their contractors. Doesn't explain order mix ups and not getting proper installation accessories. Will hold off redoing second bathroom. But it looks nice, just wish it had run smoother all around.

Frank then did not return my husband's calls, missed our agreed upon delivery date, and as a result the retaining wall collapsed in the recent rains. Frank then blamed everyone including joe the dump truck driver, who he said "has been lazy". Not a single apology, not a single attempt to right the situation, just placing the blame on everyone except himself. Would not do business with this company again.
