I phoned on an order, calling from Pennsylvania. I spoke with a lovely lady named Brooke. I explained I wanted to include a gift certificate in the arrangement to a local restaurant. She went above and beyond, going to the restaurant and taking care of it. The arrangement was beautiful and she even texted me the recipient's reaction when it was delivered. For many holidays including Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, and often Mother's Day, my in-laws head south from Michigan to Florida for 6 months or so. I love to gift flowers because they make me so happy, but it's tricky to do remotely because I don't know any of the local florists. I hate to give my money to conglomerate sites like FTD and the others and would much rather support a small, local business. I've had a few disappointing outcomes from florists in/near Sebring, but have found my go-to florist for my MIL now! I ordered Mother's Day flowers online, to be delivered to my MIL. This year (during the pandemic) in particular I wanted to make sure she felt our love because they've basically been required to stay in Florida longer than usual, as Michigan wasn't really allowing people to travel in/out and they have some health conditions that increase their risk. There was a small hiccup in the order, but the owner connected with me right away and ensured that my MIL and I were both very happy. I've attached a photo of the beautiful flowers my MIL received, that look exactly like the photo I selected online. It's clear that this business will go the extra mile to ensure their customers are delighted and that, for me, makes it a business definitely worth returning to. Also, their prices were competitive with others in the area though the final product (compared to the other businesses I've tried) is superior. read more

I should have written this when it happened. A dear friend's father passed away last October and we did an online order to have an arrangement sent to the funeral. I received a confirmation email that my order had been received along with a receipt. I was not able to attend the funeral but had friends that did. I asked them to look for the flowers I had sent and to let me know how they looked. My friends looked at all of the arrangements and mine was not there. Also, I discovered my credit card had not been charged (thankfully) even though I had been sent a receipt. Since the funeral was already over, it wasn't worth the hassle of having an arrangement sent after the fact. It's just disappointing that you can't trust a business to follow up with online orders. Lesson learned - even though you receive a receipt it is smart to follow up with a phone call. read more

Telephone customer service was excellent and made the whole process easy. The flowers were arranged in a smiley face mug as a thank you.
