This particular store has an absolutely gigantic selection of home decor and floral stuff. There is basically a little bit of everything for most mainstream hobbies. As a sewist i feel like they don't carry enough machine needles or feet but other than that i have very little complaints. The employees here are absolutely wonderful, quick and kind (although it takes a minute at the fabric counter). It'll take something special or Herculean to get me to drive 38 miles out to Long Island first thing on a Saturday morning to get here when they open at 9am. But the promise of a Clearance sale will do it for me. We were doing other early shopping as well at Walmart and they open at the godforsaken hour of 7am, so it was not so bad. Even so, we got here a few minutes before 9 and were able to pick up bagels for breakfast a couple of doors down. I quickly pick out the 60% off clearance items in the model rocket aisle, scan through the other miscellaneous stuff on the clearance shelves and go to checkout. It's really strange that Hobby Lobby doesn't scan prices from the UPC codes, but enters them manually off the price tags, but uses the scanner to scan my coupon. They must trust their employees a lot. There is also a specialized hobby store in the same strip mall that stocks for other hobbies that HL doesn't carry, such as radio control models and way more in-depth product lines . So that made the trip a little more worth the time and fuel. Plus the word on the street was that Hobby Lobby was no longer going to issue 40% off coupons on their website anymore after Feb 28th, so this was the last hurrah for a while. read more

Very large store! The previous reviewer described it best: it's a huge Michael's with Home Goods tabletop/signage decor, a small stock of pieces of furniture, and a large selection of fabrics and sewing materials. You can probably get eve thing you need here for any time of craft/artistic need. I liked how the decorative items were seemingly categorized into sections, which made it all very easy to navigate. There was a section for everything. Huge seasonal section. I feel like I didn't even see the entire store. Checking out was slightly painful, but the cashier was efficient and did the right thing by making sure we received the discounted prices. I will go again in the future. read more

This location is HUGE! They truly have something for everyone here. I love Hobby Lobby for things around the house. I like DIY projects but not crocheting or anything like that but I can say they have a ton of yarn and supplies to choose from. All Christmas items were 50% off which was awesome so I went to town and picked up a few goodies for the house. This location also has a limited supply of furniture, including some really nice pieces. They also have a baking aisle which is more my speed so I picked up a few molds and a mini doughnut maker. Picture this: Michaels, Joann Fabrics and HomeGoods all in one magical spot. Not only will you find seasonal decor for every occasion you will no doubt find something you didn't know you needed. There are aisles of rustic signs, baskets, paper goods, and trinkets galore. Unfortunately they do not have outdoor pillows or very few at that which was what I went looking for today. Even though I walked away without pillows, I did manage to buy the most adorable Halloween and Christmas decor to add to the collection. read more

Great stocked store as far as supplies but horrible customer service - you will be profiled in this store - legit followed and stared at. Cashiers are not helpful, if your not welcomed you wont even be offered a bag for your purchase- no matter how big your purchase is! They have lovely toys and crafts but be aware if you like your child to independently pick out their treats, crafts or toys- they will say something. Came here for the first time today and it was overwhelming but in a good way. They had so many different areas and great sales. It was a mix between a craft store and a home store. They had so many cute items and for the most part everything was very organized. Some sections were not but I think they were starting to put new things out. A woman working near the home area was extremely friendly and made conversation while I shopped ( 7/16) But the woman who helped me at the registered just watched me struggle as I tried to gather all my things because she didn't ask if I wanted a bag. She didn't even try and push everything past the Plexi glass. I had to grab and try and fit it underneath. Besides the end result of my shopping experience I will be back and will bring my own bags. read more

We have had a great experience at this location several times, particularly with Stephanie in the Frames department. Stephanie really knows her stuff and represents the store and company well. I can't say the same about the manager--she stuck me as condescending to her staff to the point of making it awkward, and she rude to me once. But, overall, the department does great work for a fair price, and I am happy to be a repeat customer there. read more

Went to this Hobby Lobby. I'm used to my one in Maryland. Oh boy. The service was HORRIBLE. We went towards a register, the lady standing at it looked at us and then walked away, saying nothing. So we got on the only line open. As we waited on line, because that cashier ringing out was having a problem with finding the pricing of the product, I watched the other lady walk around making sure to adjust these little waterfalls to be exactly 90 degrees... like if she moved it two degrees, I'd be surprised, open a cabinet and move the spray from one shelf to another, walk over to her water at the door and drink from it, go on her cell phone, and then stand behind the lady ringing people out and just stare into space. By the time we left the line had grown significantly. I don't get it... just do your job. Why are you just standing there while multiple people are standing on line waiting to be helped? Then at check out the only option they have for bags coast .50. I didn't need one, but I am really glad this isn't my regular place. I've never left a one star review before, but this place very much earned it. read more

Wow... this store is amazing! My friends have been coming here for a while and have been telling me to stop by but I haven't had the chance. I was finally in the area and decided to stop by. I loved how they have different themes down each aisle. The Easter aisle was first followed by the lawn and garden section where they had many cool decorative items for outside the home. Other aisles that they had were nautical themed, mermaid themed, bears and and hunting themed, car and truck themed, and many more! They seem to have many aisles full of different pictures, frames, and other things for hanging on the walls. A lot of their selection caters to the new country theme that is very "in" right now. They also have a selection of fabric, raw wood shelving and ornaments that you can paint/stain yourself, glass jars of various shapes to fill with whatever you want, art supplies, and baking supplies. Basically if you need it, they have it! I manage to buy two framed chalkboards and a chalkboard marker to make my own signs for my hallway which, worked perfectly because I could not find anything close to what I was looking for online and of course this store had it. If I had to pick one negative thing to say, it would be that they close at 8 o'clock. I was a little rushed looking around and wish they were open a little longer. Today was my first and last time I will go here. My experience was to long to even type but major take aways are there is no customer service desk. At least that is what I was told and they manually key in items and manually have to discount them. I couldn't believe with all the technology we have that these cashiers have to manually ring every item. So I got a man who was clearly slow. I felt really bad for him because you can see clearly he was feeling inadequate. Instead of putting him on other tasks they put him on a register on a Saturday. So the management sucks. The store was clean and organized though it's just my experience checking out that was so bad. The cashier wouldn't even let me use the 40% off coupon from the lady behind me because he said "he's not allowed to do that." If there was a customer service desk I would of completed my transaction and went to customer service so they can fix it. read more

Hobby Lobby is a great store. Offers a large selection of goods. Halloween ,Christmas,any holiday,all arts and crafts. All the employees are nice and willing to help you. A rarity today while shopping in stores. I would highly recommend this store for purchases. read more
