Eventually someone got back to me and scheduled service. I have a rather limited schedule but it still took them until NOVEMBER to get my sofa. They were around 5+ hours late on a Saturday to pick it up. Two weeks later I was told it would be 20+ weeks to get the parts to fix!! They have known the issue for 7 months already!!! Their solution is to give us store credit to reselect furniture, no discount, no compensation for the hours we waited on a Saturday, no concessions for the months of waiting.
