The woman who was helping me was named Bonnie. First I moved back the bag to show her that crack and she yelled, "Don't do that! You will get glass everywhere!" "Go grab another one!" I went to look for another one and couldn't find out. I tried to get someone else to help me because I didn't want to deal with this woman snapping at me again, but the young girl directed me back to her. I went back to her and nicely explained that I couldn't find another one She snapped, "Well, it wasn't broken when your daughter bought it!" I said, " No, but It was broken when she got home. She figured that it wasn't wrapped well." She then yelled, "We don't even have to wrap them! We just do that to be nice." A nice young man came up then and said he was putting in another piece of glass in. She stomped off. I waited for her to return because I was very angry by this time and I wanted to tell her what poor customer service skills she had, but the young man returned and he was very pleasant. I thanked him and left. I am already disgusted by the prices in Hobby Lobby. Everything is over priced and mostly made in China. But, now after being treated like that, I will not be returning.

Eventually someone got back to me and scheduled service. I have a rather limited schedule but it still took them until NOVEMBER to get my sofa. They were around 5+ hours late on a Saturday to pick it up. Two weeks later I was told it would be 20+ weeks to get the parts to fix!! They have known the issue for 7 months already!!! Their solution is to give us store credit to reselect furniture, no discount, no compensation for the hours we waited on a Saturday, no concessions for the months of waiting. They will admit that they "have not been without fault" in all this, so I've got that going for me... Ashley Furniture is THE WORST!

The price was high for a mug but I love getting to use real handmade art around the house.
