Swing by cause I wanted to browse and sip on my pistachio coffee. I haven't been to Hobby Lobby in such a long time! I knew I wanted to find more wall pieces for my office. The store is huge and literally have any and everything you need for you home, craft items, furniture and out door area. I truly got lost and really enjoy my time getting lost. Nothing like air pods on and just being in your own zone. I did find some items, two metal leaf pieces for my office wall and a spoon holder for the kitchen. Prices is very reasonable and always some type of sale also. Parking is plenty, you will not have any issues since it's in a huge shopping center area. The store was super organized and clean. Hobby Lobby is hit or miss for me. They offer a massive variety of home decor, lots of variety and seasonal decor for every holiday (except Halloween). They also offer lots of goods for any hobby, sewing, painting, jewelry making, model making, scrapbooking, and just about anything else you can think of. My main complaint is the quality of some of their goods, many things like picture frames have gone down hill in quality steadily over the years, I'm sure as they attempt to get lower and lower costs, but all they're doing is passing g the lower quality on to their customers. On this visit, we bought a picture frame, got home opened it up, and it was too flimsy to even hold what we bought it for. Another annoying detail is their weekly sales. It seems everything in the store is generally on sale for 40-50% off every other week. So if you go to buy something and it's not on sale, it probably will be in a few days. They are clearly making a profit even when things are on sale, I wish they would just offer the sale pricing all the time. Stop playing the annoying game One last complaint, bringing out Christmas decor for sale in August is simply too much. Super disappointed that this location wasn't enforcing patrons wearing masks. The only social distancing that was enforced was over in fabrics. The only reason I gave three stars is because of the frame department. I went in looking to have a custom frame done for a picture that was created for me and isn't the standard frame size. Yohan (not sure of the correct spelling) was super helpful. I gave him the frame choice I was interested and everything I would need and he gave me a quote and also encouraged me to bring in the actual picture to make sure that the measurements are accurate so that the frame would be exact! Thank you Yohan for making my experience a pleasant one despite my original disappointment. read more

Paid a visit to the Hobby Lobby lookin' for some model railroad action, as a Santa helper I was a little disappointed in their choo choo section...but they've got tons of other stuff to check out. They have a very good selection of arts and craft supplies and tons of tacky trinkets and decorations. I love looking around at all the vintage tin signs and old nostalgic type stuff they have. It's a standard Hobby Lobby. Everything is overpriced, but if you know that going in, it can be dealt with. Grab your daily 40% off coupon, only buy one item per trip, and so on. It's standard with these places. The reason I'm writing this review is because I waited in line. For 18 minutes. Forty minutes before closing time. For one cashier. Serving 11 (11!) customers. At the pace. Of a sloth. Reading War and Peace. While wading through molasses. This woman had no sense of the word hustle. Scan one item, slowly carry it over to the paper, wrap it up, slowly place it into the bag, completely reassess the situation, stare at yourself in the reflection of the checkout computer, scan next item. It was absolutely painful. I had one item in my hand that I needed for a project. I kept telling myself that it couldn't be much longer, that I could wait it out and not have to make another trip to a different store to avoid this. And I waited it out. I went into Hobby Lobby a 23 year old, and emerged 45 years later with arthritis and dentures. But I made my purchase. And that's what counts. read more

Wait for the sale. Everything in this store goes on sale eventually. If you need some treasure that is not on sale this week, use the 40% off coupon from the circular. Many many many cute items for decorating whatever your taste may be. Everything for any kind of project or craft. Large selection to choose from. Love to just wander around here. Good place to get creative juices flowing. Also they offer some crafting classes. Store is usually pretty clean. They have a high turn over of product so employees are often stocking shelves. We had a pretty decent shopping trip here until the end. When we were ready to check out the lines were very long. While we waited 9-10 minutes to get checked out ,we noticed other cash registers closed and employees standing around. When we finally got to the front the cashier was very rude. Update on the continued crappy customer service from the manager at this store. I purchased 10 items this morning and 4 did not make it into the bag. I called at 7:45pm to see if they had them. After 30+ rings someone finally answered and transferred me to someone else who took awhile to answer. Yes, they have the items, but after the doors close at 8 they won't open them again. And they wouldn't tuck them somewhere outside for me to pick up. It literally takes me 7 or 8 minutes to reach that store from my house. Grrrrrrr. Seriously hate this store now. We needed these supplies for a project that is needed tomorrow and I told them that. HORRIBLE customer service. I really wish ACMoore was still here. read more

I really hate to make a bad review but this definitely is needed to be said. First the lady that was rude to me didn't even have on a mask. That's the first issue and I'm not saying this because she was rude to me but she look like she had covid or really close to being in the hospital her eyes was so redish pink I moved faster than she told me too because I didn't want her close to me. Ok so I'm in the store shopping around with a family member I'm all excited cause I'm about to start my jewelry line and seeing all the stuff in there made me feel like I could add so much more to my line than I had thought of. Maybe 10/15 mins in walking around this lady that works in the store old Caucasian Lady with redish eyes and pale greenish color skin (which is really how this lady looked for real I am not saying this because she was rude to us - why is she even working first of all and children be in this store seriously it look like she got covid or once had covid) she say the store is closing it's time to *get on up outta here* I said politely ok thanks. 3/4 mins in my temper is going up every min. It's a family in front of us I'm trying to stay cool because first of all who speaks to people that way. It's time get up outta here. The upside: everything is meticulously organized and stacked. The store, when given a cursory glance, looks quite neat and organized. The downside: everything is dusty. A lot of merchandise is broken and I don't know why they don't pull it off of the shelves. It seems like a bad business practice to leave broken merchandise out. Also, it's very light on the hobby. Cute stuff but over-priced. Certain categories are always on sale so you can't use coupons but if its 30% off and you have a 40% coupon, they will sometimes give you that extra 10% off, you just have to ask and hope the cashier you have is in a good mood. Most of the staff is pretty nice, and there are lots of neat treasures to be had. It's great for crafting supplies, what you find int the outer aisles - but that middle section, full of decor - is cheaply made, low quality stuff mass produced overseas. You're better off buying the supplies and making it yourself or supporting a local handmade business and having it made with love and care. read more

I do a lot of crafting and Hobby Lobby has a few things that I can't find at other, more convenient to me craft stores so I go there occasionally. Prices seem a bit higher and their coupons are usually harder to come by (most of the year they only run a coupon in the paper every other week. Plus they don't honor competitor coupons) It is a great place to go for home decor though - lots of interesting and unique items for the home. read more

I went in today (12/24/2018) and this is probably the fourth time in the past two or three months that I've come to the Hobby Lobby on Bridford. Positives: 1) VERY friendly and helpful staff 2) It's got a bunch of crap I don't need but love Negatives (and cue the rating): 1) SLOW staff when checking out. I mean really, really, really slow. I don't want to call anyone out, but the woman at the checkout counter looked at each item carefully. She then took one item, read the price out loud, typed in the price (again repeating the price out loud), found the category in which it falls under, clicks "submit" (or enter, or whatever the button is), and places it in the bag. Rinse and repeat a few times. I'm a patient person, but I only had about 6 stamps to buy, and it took a solid 7 minutes for this transaction, only at the end for me to remind her stamps were 40% off. Do they not have scanners? There were about 5 people behind me, who ALL (I mean every single one of them) switched lanes to wait behind other people, and all were done before me. This incident, however, is not why there's a 2 star rating. 2) The reason behind the 2 star rating--the BATHROOMS. I walked in when the store opened (at 9:00AM, and I think I walked in around 9:05ish). Being pregnant, the bathroom tends to be the #1 destination. The bathrooms were NOT clean whatsoever. The stall I used had blood on the floor (or what looked like blood), and looking at the floor and toilets it's clear they had not been cleaned or mopped within the past 24 hours (possible 24 years). The doors have clearly never been wiped down, the sink had crusty, questionable filth everywhere. It honestly looked as if the trash was only taken out and the soap/paper towels are refilled, and nothing else has ever been touched. DO NOT ENTER if you want to catch some kind of germ. This was the most unacceptable bathroom I've ever been in, and I probably won't return to this store for this reason. I'd rather use Amazon Prime and pay full price for the stamps or other crafts I want, or go to Michael's, rather than come back to this Hobby Lobby. read more

Even if the Hobby Lobby owners didn't try to use their claimed "religious beliefs" as a means of dictating employee health care (while continuing to make money from investments in firms that create and sell the exact products they want to deny their employees), and even if they weren't under investigation for dealing in stolen artifacts, I would not shop this store. The last time I was there, the place was filthy with dust. Many items looked shabby. The yarns were very meh in quality, and the knitting notions were simply cheap garbage. I didn't stay long enough to check over the whole store, but I saw enough that I know I never want to go back. read more

We have shopped at Hobby Lobby many times over the years. We have been shopping at this particular location for two years now. My mother and I decided to go in and look around. My mom found some stickers for a graduation card. We decided to check out with the stickers we found. We only had one item; a pack of stickers. We walked up looking to see what lines were open to check out. A rude employee comes over and yells very hatefully to everyone that " This line isn't open and never has been". He was very rude and huffed off. A customer had apparently put their items on the register that was closed (it wasn't marked closed) and he yelled at them and everyone around. He knew there was a big line and decided not to help customers out. The only woman who was checking out everyone in the EXCHANGE/REFUND line was calling on phone/speaker asking for assistance to get the line down. There was about 10 people in line including us. Another employee walks up with an iPad. A customer walks up to him and asks where do I exchange this item. He tells the customer that she has to get in the exchange/refund line. He sees that the only line open is the exchange/refund line. He taps some buttons on his iPad and then walks off. The customer then proceeds to cut in front of us and tells us that we are in the wrong line that this is the exchange/refund line. Never mind too that we have been waiting over 10 minutes and this was the only line OPEN. Again another employee decided to not help checkout customers who were waiting in line patiently. All of the employees were very rude. None of the employees acted like they wanted to be there. After the customer broke in front of us in line, we put the stickers back and left. We did not purchase anything from this store and we will not purchase anything from this store again. This store needs to have some major improvements made immediately. We will not be going back to Hobby Lobby nor do we want to go back after the way we were treated. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. BAD MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I am a seamstress and often found just the right fabric at Hobby Lobby. I realized that their corporate model included supporting some organizations I was not happy with, but was willing to over look that in order to get what I needed. However, now that they are suing in order to avoid providing comprehensive coverage for their female employees I will not support the organization at all. I will no longer shop at any Hobby Lobby store for any product. Women deserve to make decisions concerning their bodies in conjunction with their doctor without their employer having any say so. It is none of the employers business what a woman does with her body As a Unitarian Universalist Religious Educator, I find it completely unethical to attempt to control what a woman does with her body and what medical care she utilizes. This goes against everything my faith teaches. As a woman of faith I will not support this treatment of my sisters by an employer. read more
