Love Wayfair. Not a fan of the Wayfair Outlet. Drove about an hour to check it out, and man it was a major disappointment. A lot of the furniture has cosmetic damage and/or is just terrible looking. Some of the couches look like it could have came from the 1970s. Not saying you can't find a hidden gem, but I would not drive a long distance to search. I did find a nice looking fire pit with Adirondack chairs that I would have purchased, but it was black only. Unless you have it under some shade, black chairs in the South means burning your ass in the summer. Most of it is junk nobody wanted to buy online, returns or has minor cosmetic damage. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! LaKita has been such an amazing help when it came to finding what is perfect for my home. I have been here several times in the past week and have gotten pieces of such great quality. My first item was a 4 chair dining room chair set for $135, which was perfect with my dining table thrift find and for my home. Even my cats love sitting in the chairs. My second item was a nightstand set where I had to put everything together (this is where I met LaKita). I had questions about the measurements and went above and beyond to allow me to open the box to take the exact measurements I needed. My third item was a dresser that fit my coastal theme with seashell handles I have my eyes on. She definitely remembered me, followed up with how the nightstands were going, and was glad to see me back there. The combination of the quality in these items I have bought and LaKita's customer service is the perfect reason to keep returning to this store for my future needs, whether it's furniture pieces or simple DYI materials. read more

Selection: I went with a friend to just look. There is a wide variety in there. I will say that i think the best pieces are wooden. It seemed like the couches and bed frames weren't it. BUT one of the workers said they get deliveries 2-3 times a week so it's clear things go by fast! Service: The folks working there were very kind and willing to ask questions despite a friend and I walking in close to closing. They don't deliver but work with companies to deliver it to you as long as you're within the area. Value: We went to another furniture place and saw the EXACT same wooden tables and cabinets. I will say that this place is cheaper and the furniture isn't that dinged or messed up. read more

Well....I was hopeful we would find something because I have bought furniture from Wayfair (website) in the past and was surprised and happy with it. However, this place was full of rejects and returns that were just bad and overpriced. Stick to the website, they have a decent return policy as well and stay away from this pit. read more

It's unfortunate that these reviews are so low because I had a great experience! I didn't even know this place existed--I happened to see a sign while visiting North Carolina and decided to stop by. I'm so glad I was in my SUV because I truly racked up! I got so much for so little. Of course, it's a different type of shopping experience--it's an outlet, after all. Coincidentally, I had just moved and needed several specific items, and I found everything I was looking for: two nightstands, a large living room rug, a TV stand, and a chair and ottoman set. The only potential challenge is locating the loading dock in the back of the store, which can be a bit confusing. Special shoutout to Sierra and Julio for their fantastic customer service! read more

The prices were bananas for open-boxed, dinged things. It almost felt more expensive than ordering it online brand new. If you want to save money go to HomeGoods they have a lot of the same stuff for half the price. Seriously disappointing. read more

The store is located in a convenient location in the Target shopping center. There is plenty of parking. I went the first day and there were tons of people in there. That's awesome for them! The furniture was displayed neatly throughout the store. The accessories, such as pictures, mirrors, rugs were a bit cluttered., but that could have been from excited customers during their Grand Opening. There were some discounted damaged items being sold, so pay attention to the quality of some the items. They had sofas, bathroom vanities, cabinets, chairs, a few beds, tables and various home accessories. Staff were walking throughout the store. I think this will be a nice place and the prices were pretty reasonable. I will definitely go back! They have a website so I'm sure there is more to offer. read more

Waste of time. Visited when they opened. Broken over priced cast off returns. I was shocked at how crappy the inventory was. Maybe they sold everything. Lots of people, sure most visitors on low stock days won't be back. The prices on broken stuff was kind of shocking. Try again sometime - maybe. Service was excellent! Value for the price satisfied after researching. This is an outlet store I was going in search of a certain bar stool style, height and color so no expectations of finding the item. I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact item and bought! You will take the item to the front desk to check out. If you have a sales person to assist you the person I had was extremely helpful. I was told they receice shipments at least twice a week. Located in the former Christmas Tree Shops storefront at Bridford/Wendover plaza, the Wayfair Outlet is hit or miss. It's great if you're looking for a one-off accent piece (very few complete sets), and I'm not really sure these are "deals" per se, but be sure to look out for damage and/or flaws. Much of the furniture appears to be damaged/returned goods and/or slow moving stock (i.e. several pieces of exact same item). Offerings included barstools, dining room tables, sofas, loveseats, coffee/end/side tables, sink w/cabinets, lighting, medicine cabinets, headboards, dressers, patio furniture, and other accent pieces. read more

Was very disappointed with our trip to the Wayfair outlet. It's not huge. All of the furniture and things that were there seem to be scratched or dented or banged up. And they were very expensive for the shape they were in. Since they don't use their rear loading dock where you're supposed to pick up your furniture everybody was loading out the front door which made the parking lot and absolute nightmare. And worst of all they don't accept cash I won't support any company that doesn't except cash. Overall would not recommend Wayfair outlet. read more

After a 90-minute drive, my friends and I were in the store for 10 minutes. What a waste of time. Lots of semi damaged furniture at outrageous prices. No decor as is posted on their website. The Wayfair outlet in Greensboro is a maze balls!! I got a killer deal on a 72-in bathroom vanity. Every employee I dealt with was kind and helpful. I had a small issue with my purchase and the team went above and beyond to make it right. I live an hour away in Durham, but I'll be a customer for life. I cannot recommend the store more highly. If you love steals and deals and the thrill of the hunt, this place is for you. read more
