This is the cutest local shop in Shawnee with so much to offer and from so many local artists. I did receive a confirmation email and was advised I would be notified when it was ready for pick up. I called at 4:35pm to see if it was ready and the clerk stated that I was cancelled due to them not having the merchandise! I advised I need it for tomorrow and I would not have ordered it if I knew they didn't have it! She kept repeating herself! They should not advertise for pick up if it's not available.

The bathrooms (especially) and back areas, as well as inside the walls are completely infested with horrible huge mold problem that management refuses to acknowledge. Check the expiration dates on ALL food because majority of food stocked on the shelves here has expired by months before because management does not have anyone check the expiration dates in more than a year. The mold has definitely impacted the quality of food and several workers have gotten sick from eating food sold from this WM. These are very bad issues that I feel people have a right to know about. Do not shop here. Not to mention this is a hot spot for perverts, this is not a safe place to bring your children.

Other times I have had customer service representatives who would not even acknowledge your presence. I have even had a little of both. I have found the most luck with ordering online and picking up in store. That way I can bypass my luck with the customer reps. The last time I was there I had asked them to gift wrap a package which they have done in the past. Well, their new system is DIY gift wrap. They have boxes, tape, wrap and a whole wrapping station set up in the store. I had to wrap two very large purchases and it was quite the mess. I got frustrated by the process and the lack of help I was getting. Still, having the wrapping materials there was a very big help. BB&B has a good selection of products and a wide variety, too. They always seem to have well stocked shelves, as well. The prices are reasonable on some things but very expensive on other items. You have to comparison shop for sure. I have many things cheaper elsewhere. I have never tried to match prices here so I cannot speak to that part of the BB&B experience. I do know they have mobile coupons and those are very useful. Overall a good store because of the product selection. I am three starring them because of the spotty and downright horrible customer service I have received in the past.
