Has been open for several months now and this is my first time getting there. I'm not quite sure how I feel about the location exactly. It's off the major road in Lawrence( Iowa st), but it's sort of hidden. You have to really look for it because it sits next to Five Below and Hobby Lobby and if you're not looking for it you'll pass right by it. Not to mention traffic through there is completely congested because of the McDonald's across the way. That being said, there is ample parking and the signage looks good. When you get inside the thing I love the most is how well lit it is. You immediately feel yourself come to life as you walk in. For example I arrived on a very rainy day and I was already feeling drowsy and sleepy, but as I walked in those lights woke me up and I found myself rejuvenated and interested to walk throughout the store and see what they had. So the lighting is wonderful. The items that they have available are pretty cute and unique, however it's not enough. I thought the building was bigger than what I seen. The store looks very small inside, but they do have cute items and the prices are okay... not great, but okay. Will I come here again? If I can't get to athome in Olathe, then I will definitely be stopping here to pick up a thing or two. It's worth the trip

The mold has definitely impacted the quality of food and several workers have gotten sick from eating food sold from this WM. These are very bad issues that I feel people have a right to know about. They have boxes, tape, wrap and a whole wrapping station set up in the store. I had to wrap two very large purchases and it was quite the mess. I got frustrated by the process and the lack of help I was getting. Still, having the wrapping materials there was a very big help. BB&B has a good selection of products and a wide variety, too. They always seem to have well stocked shelves, as well. The prices are reasonable on some things but very expensive on other items. You have to comparison shop for sure. I have many things cheaper elsewhere. I have never tried to match prices here so I cannot speak to that part of the BB&B experience. I do know they have mobile coupons and those are very useful. My experience here tonight was disgustingly unacceptable. I purchased four lovely shirts for work…read more They were all clean with no stains when I brought them to the blue-lipped check out girl. Not the same story when I got them home. I immediately put on my favorite of the new shirts, looked down, and was horrified to see the chewed up stick of someone's Sucker. The spit stick was hanging firmly to my shirt by little, blue remains of the candy, the same candy that had been in someone else's mouth (hence the name 'spit stick') and--suspiciously enough--resembled the same subtle blue lip color of the check out girl. Now, I'm not saying she spit her Sucker trash in with my newly purchased clothes, but two plus two does equal four. The only other possibility that I can see is that the spit-stick was already in the plastic bag that the girl threw my clothes into. Either way, it's disgusting and unacceptable. I called the store and spoke with Jamie, the supervisor on duty, and she was utterly useless. I hardly doubt I will be doing business with Ross ever again.
