Hobby Lobby hours begin at 0800, except Sunday when they're closed. So I show up at 0800 to find the store closed until 0900. "Holiday Hours?" So, the blather I hear from retailers about losing business during a "COVID crisis," doesn't mean we'll open EARLIER for business? Or, even ON TIME? One wonders about the corporate marketing geniuses with 6 figure salaries that come up with these ideas. Here's a FREE hint: Don't open LATE if you want to do BUSINESS! For Chrissakes! After waiting an hour, I found cheerful employees that directed me to exactly what I needed in good selection at reasonable prices.

This hobby lobby is kickin'! If you cannot find what you need at another crafting store or you simply want choices, make way to this Hobby Lobby. I have frequented many a craft store but this Lone Tree location has so much more, and product that is in stock too! The store is well kept and organized (the ladies room could use a little more attention though). From frames to fabric, fingerpaints to foam it's all here. Anothet place I am bound to spend a good amount of time in.

Justin, the sales associate, made our visit very pleasant for us during our stop at this local Hobby Lobby. He opened the next lane for us and took us in. We spent less than 10 minutes, looking for crafts that dear MIL might like and again, as homespun and crafty she is, we had no luck in finding anything she might want for this year. We enjoyed seeing how updated the seasonal items were looking at this chain. Christmas trees and lots of "Elfs on the shelves" were spotted everywhere!

I really did not want to like yet another store. All I wanted to do was to browse and get ideas on gifts. By the time I was done... I picked up all kinds of unique stuff for the new house, grabbed a bunch of Christmas clearance, bought several gifts and made a list of potential buys for the future.

Brendan was super fast and helpful in cutting a mat and framing my artwork, all while I waited.

No one greeted us or offered to help us until 8 minutes before close. Then a girl with blue hair and eyebrows and a nasty demeanor let us know it was 8 minutes before close and then asked if we needed help. There literally was only one other family that came into the store the whole time we were there and only for a few minutes. My daughter looked around the entire store 2-3 times while I was looking at wallpaper. Neither the manager or the girl with blue hair said anything to either of us. My daughter said the blue haired girl was on her phone and she didn't see the manager. As we were leaving the manager comes up and asks if she can help us. I told her were had been there 45 minutes and no one has offered to help us except a few minutes prior. She said the designers were not available and I should have read the signs in the wallpaper area. She said she and the other girl were the only employees there and busy helping people in the paint department. Since there were really no other customers and my daughter saw otherwise, this was a complete falsehood. Clearly she was not management material (blonde haired, middle aged lady) and the blue haired girl was not interested in customer service only here phone. Both were rude, unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this location or Guiry's in general. It's too bad, I have bought many things there in the past.

I paid it no mind and kept on shopping. Then #3 appeared at the front door and all hell broke loose. #1 and #3 proceeded to start a ruckus screaming and yelling at each other. This went on for a minute and they went in the back and continued. The nastiness carried loudly throughout the store. After another 5 minutes, I had heard enough. My gift of love was not going to be polluted by their toxicity. No thanks. Never coming back. Wow. I walked out buying nothing after putting my prospective purchases back on the shelf in the right places and stating to #2 that I didn't want the negative energy her coworkers #1 and #3 were spewing to be infused into my gift.... for my wife on our anniversary as she recovers from cancer as we don't need any more negativity right now. Maybe if I enjoyed the Real Housewives or Jersey Shore type of reality series I would rate this place higher. But I'm not that cool.

The staff members are so kind and knowledgeable about all the stalls and local businesses carried in Heart and Home. Every single team member that I have met so far are very welcoming and social. They carry everything from clothing and candles to multiple giant metal rooster statues. They support many small local business based in Colorado. All the displays and stalls and entertaining, eye catching, and all include fun and interesting items. They always have holiday themes set up in the store and they have multiple monthly games and activities that you can participate in. For example, during Easter this year they hid golden eggs throughout the store, and if found you would get a prize. The prices are mainly on the high end, however it's understandable because these are small local businesses. They have vibey music choices, with everything from Taylor Swift to Noah Kahan. They also have a plethora of munchable food items, from which I have tried, reach a very high level on the munchability scale. Some of these items are; Freeze dried candy Gourmet Popcorn Unique Jelly/Jam Types Hand Pies The list continues. All in all, Heart and Home is a great business with wonderful personnel, intriguing stalls and displays, and a delightful atmosphere. I am a frequent visitor and will continue to be. 5/5 stars would recommend visiting.
