I was greeted at the door. The cashier had a smile on. I walked around with my purchase, and a lady who seemed like she should be the manager - a taller short spiked blondish/white haired lady- was talking to another person. I walked by, and she stopped her conversation and asked me did I need a buggy. I told her no thanks, and that I was just browsing. I stopped to look at a bedspread and another worker talked to me about sales, coupons, and how she too wanted to purchase the spread. I got to the cash register and the manger checked me out. She gave quality service and was very kind. I commended them on a job well done, to which she stated usually customers would complain about the store when things are going wrong - and not give a compliment when things are going right. I told her she had a wonderful staff and I could tell the store was run well. I will be back ! First time shopper, and I definitely like the store here.

The selection of antique light fixtures is one of the best I have ever seen. There are amazing fixtures from the old library in town. There are also other fixtures that are vintage and antique that are really nice ceiling mounts. There are lots of iron items like pulleys, door hardware, and ice tongs. There are all sorts of beautiful glass ware items, kitchen items, and silver. They also have lots old keys that are fun to look at. You are never sure what you will find. The best thing about this store is that they have really great prices. I think they have some of the best prices in town. I hope that you stop by if you are in Jefferson. The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. Within less than 30 days, one of the pieces had to be replaced and that's when I learned the disappointing truth: this isn't top-grain or genuine leather. It's "performance leather" coated in polyurethane, which means it's essentially a plastic layer over low-grade leather. The material may look beautiful on the showroom floor, but it does not hold up in real life. The so-called "leather" started showing damage almost immediately, and instead of standing behind the product, Havertys tried to blame the issue on pet damage and push me toward using my protection plan which completely misses the point. The problem isn't wear and tear; it's poor-quality materials disguised as luxury. For the price, I expected durability, integrity, and honesty from the brand. Unfortunately, all I got was frustration and disappointment. If you're considering the Hailey collection or any "performance leather" from Havertys, do your research first -- this is not real leather, and it does not perform like it.
