Came in in search for a unique plant and small plant pot. Maybe I caught it on an off day, but I don't see what all the hype is about. It's dark, it smells like fertilizer or something, and I didn't find the selection or prices that impressive. They do have a gorgeous-sounding $800 wind chime, though - ring it! Do not buy an online gift card from Ellis Pottery. My daughter mistakenly purchased one that had to be used online only. There is a statement on their website stating to email customer service to transfer to an in-store gift card. I contacted the customer service department several times and still have not received a response. I tried to solve the problem in store and was rudely told it was not anything they could do. Just wanted to express how poor the customer service online is. read more

Always enjoy browsing the store when we're in town. I usually get a lot of my garden plants here-better prices sometimes that what i find in d/fw. Most of which come back up every year. The seasonal decor is always fun to look through-as is the rest of the store. Friendly employee's. read more

We love this place. We could spend hours in here just wandering around. Last time we were in TX (back in December, so obviously this review is over-due) we bought so much stuff it barely fit in our big ol' truck for the drive back home. Great place to buy mesh! The accessories are a bit on the high side and the ribbon can be outright ridiculous on price. They have a ton of super cute stuff to choose from though and it's always decorated awesome. Great place to take photos of the kiddos. read more

This place is so awesome! I just love the crafty things in the store, things to decorate for any season or just for no reason at all! I love the way they set up displays to give me ideas. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When the gentleman working outside brought us a price for our plant but not the barcode the cashier was very rude to him. And then she complained to another coworker about him IN FRONT OF US! It made my husband and I very uncomfortable. He was trying to joke with her and us, but she obviously had an issue with him. read more

It's north of town but worth the drive. If you are searching for interesting home decor items, holiday decorations, or even yard art, Ellis has it all.
