I needed full demo of the back part of my home, a rat wall on the exterior wall, waterproofing, regrading, and reconstruction (insulation, drywall, paint, floors, etc.). I reached out and gathered estimates from more than 15 places in the area. Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. He made the whole process straightforward. When a couple unexpected problems came up, he explained the situation to me and provided me with fair options. It is a tile composite and thought it would be nice but absolutely hate it. It has no finish or shine whatsoever. It scratches, mars and stains easily. I had some of the tiles replaced (at my expense) which was more of a waste of money because more are damaged now since not durable. I will be just replacing the whole floor using a different contractor.

Ron from Finishers told me the distributor was Floor star Sales. About two months ago I reached out to Finishers and spoke with Ron. My carpet is disintegrating I have fiber like particles you could say like sand all over. Vacuuming doesn't help either. If you touch the carpet it leaves sand like particles on your hand. My tile floor gets full of it as well as my furniture. I change the furnace filter every month and it is full of this carpet particles. After many emails and requesting the phone number for the distributor Ron emailed me was a wrong number. Just this past Thursday Eric the owner came out and admitted that there was a problem and that he was going to make sure a claim was filed. From the tone it sounds that Millken is very slow at filing claims. Mean while we are breathing these particles. This is why people end up suing because companies want to neglect their responsibilities and leave consumers with no choice but to sue.
