Terrible store. Cheap quality, poor management. Merchandise is mostly made in China. Light displays won't last one season. Toys, puzzles and games have pieces missing or are bent and unable to be used correctly. Don't waste your money because they will not offer refunds or exchanges on any items if they are open. Even if they are defective at purchase. Would definitely not recommend this store to anyone. read more

This is a great location. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your hobby. I love to buy fabric from here and they have the cutest trinkets. They are closed on Sunday but you can find everything you can possibly need Monday-Saturday. Go check this place out! read more

I've been super eager to get to a Hobby Lobby lately and I was finally able to stop by one this weekend. I just so happened to be in Reynoldsburg with a little time to kill and I know how awesome Hobby Lobby can be! I went specifically looking for stuff to decorate my new apartment with and for wrapping paper, bows, etc. for Christmas. I found the location on Yelp and arrived shortly to a giant strip mall, shopping center area, with several different stores near by. It happened to be a pretty busy Saturday afternoon and it took some time maneuvering through the traffic. It was all worth it once I get through the doors because I was lucky enough to stop by during a huge sale - score! Hobby Lobby usually has some great in-store deals and coupons but this day was extra special, 50% off specific items and crazy awesome deals on holiday stuff. This store was exceptionally clean, very organized, and is set up just like many of the others. This makes shopping really convenient because I know where to go when I get there. It took me about an hour to get through the place and I walked away with some awesome stuff. They have an amazing selection of home décor and most items were on sale. Their Christmas section is also pretty big and had everything I needed for gift-wrapping and then some! Once I was ready to go, I went through the line very easily. The cashier was really friendly and let me know that the last day of the sale was that day, just incase I wanted to go back and grab anything else. I also really appreciated how well she wrapped the fragile mirror and frames that I got. I'll definitely be back to this Hobby Lobby soon! read more

While I came in to find a tote for my Christmas decor, and they didn't have them...I found lots of interesting things! I think my favorite things at Hobby Lobby are the meaningful wall art.. I mean who wouldn't love all the signs for the coffee lover to the cabin owner! So cute and always 40-50% off.. They had a few Christmas items 90% off but mostly broken unwanted stuff left! Luckily I made out at target Christmas clearance already... I also looked for some storage containers for my lipsticks and lipglosses and I didn't really find much until I went down to TJ Maxx.. but while I didn't find what I needed this time, there was plenty of decor I will need in the future! When I first entered the store the woman that works as the front area manager very polite very helpful. As you go to the store not so much with everybody else. I will say in their defense they are unloading a truck and putting things out on the floor. Holly was AWESOME too but everyone else seems to be preoccupied with putting up in toy on the shelves which I can absolutely understand. read more

I absolutely love this Hobby Lobby! It's really big and has a great selection of craft supplies and home decor. I've bought so much fantastic decor for my baby's nursery, wall signs for my home, and I even scored a trendy flower pot for way cheaper than it was being sold at other stores. The layout of this store is great, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. If what you're buying isn't on sale, make sure you go to their website on your phone and pull up the 40% off coupon. Also, pro tip (lol), the sales cycle each week. The customer service at this location is top notch. I have always been a fan of hobby lobby but have never experienced the level of service anywhere like I did today. I recently made a very large online purchase that included several different orders. Unfortunately, some of the items received were broken. I took my returns to this location during a busy Saturday. The manager (male) and associate (Christina) patiently sifted through all of my purchases to help manage my returns. I was most impressed when they ensured nobody had to wait in line behind me since I was taking up so much of their time. There is nothing worse then being stuck behind "that customer". Great job! I will be sure to give this store my business based solely on this service alone. Plus, it is a nice big store with a great selection. read more
