You can tell that they take time and care with what they stock and how they set up their displays. I find that my favorite booths get restocked often with an array of new treasures. I've purchased beautiful original art, handmade ceramic pottery, a gorgeous Persian rug and many more one of a kind pieces. This is my go to place whenever I'm looking for unique home decor or a special gift. The off putting.. the staff is usually so helpful and kind but there is one employee (Kerry) that can be outright nasty to customers. I witnessed her make disparaging remarks about another customer. She did this in earshot of my mother and I and then acted like the other customer had personally offended her or done something wrong when they asked for a discount on a damaged item from her booth. She then proceeded to speak to my mother about why her nasty remark was justified. It was gross and I hope that the owner of the store reads this review and is able to address Kerry's nasty attitude. The other complaint is when you see an item with a thrift store price tag right next to the vendors highly inflated price tag. So tacky! I do highly recommend this store but I also hope they can address these issues.

It was exactly what I needed for the space, so splurged a bit. I had a relative meet the delivery team 6 weeks later, and one door on the cabinet wasn't sliding perfectly. He worked on it 30 minutes but ultimately could not get it to be up to the standard of the model in the store. Within one week, they had a replacement delivered. They were very communicative about delivery times and gave a 1 hour window so we didn't spend half a day waiting around. I agree with some other reviewers that the in-store staff aren't overly warm, but I have always been welcomed with a hello and they were more than helpful when I have asked for assistance. I honestly prefer this shopping experience. Most times, I just want to browse on my own and not interact with staff beyond hello/good-bye.

They allow wine, beer and champagne along with your own food. Not a lot of room to set up a spread but nice enough to have at or near your workstation to sip and graze. The staff is friendly and eager to help. (Shout out to Erin and Stacy) Some people in our group made signs, a tabletop and I opted to make a pillow cover. Each project had a custom stencil that was ordered and made prior to our arrival. What I learned was NOT to move ahead of your project prior to getting guidance or assistance.
