Jamie and Cathy were so kind and welcoming. They offered to take pictures for our group and gave us a piece of pottery with all of our finger prints painted on It. The smell of soaps and lotions greeted us as we entered. They had a wide range of gift items. We were greeted by the friendly employees as soon as we stepped foot inside the store. Yes - I understand all sales are final, but managers HAVE discretion and Lauren actively chooses to not be helpful.
