In the world of contracting, there are 3 parameters that the contract will meet; Cost, Time and Quality. However, you can only have 2 of the 3 parameters in the contract. You can get cheap and fast...but it won't be good. You can get good and fast...but it won't be cheap. I elected for good and cheap...which meant it wasn't going to be fast. I could have opted for fast and cheap but then it wasn't going to be good. Premier fulfilled the promises and did a very professional job. It took a little longer than I anticipated but it was worth the time. The attention to detail and professional craftsmanship was evident throughout the process. The only hiccup was in the Design phase where I was not fully informed of what will be missing and what will be added. I went from a kitchen that contained 12 drawers and 1 microwave to one that now has only 5 drawers but 2 microwaves. This became evident AFTER the cabinets were installed. I need to mention that the Office manager (Mackenzie ) and Owner (Richard) went beyond the norm to insure my satisfaction and rectify the error. I highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling work but do advise you to read and approve the Design before you sign.
