Always been a pleasant visit. Ridiculous big building with tons of arts, crafts, decoration, and then some, BUT doesn't feel stuffy. Aisles are pretty spacious no matter what you are looking at it for. Year round the always have some sort of deal. Las year we got a mic Christmas tree from hobby lobby at a discount and we are using it again today. Customer service is pretty good. So spacious and laid out, I LOVE IT! I am not the craftiest but when you walk into a Hobby Lobby you are literally in a living Pinterest board. Awesome gifts, crafts, goods, and all the things. I love that they have themed shelving areas where you can find all the creative niches that you need. I also love that there is ALWAYS a coupon for something, seriously. I really enjoy this craft store...maybe because it's so much more than just a craft store. You can get lost in here for hours. They offer art supplies, crafting stuff, row upon row of scrapbooking goodies as well as home decor, furniture, framing and floral supplies. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I just wrote on their review pages and their facebook about how horrible my first experience was. One of the gals made it seem like I was shop lifting when I was actually REALLY confused as to where things are since it is quite a HUGE store and how big it was. I had no clue where things were. I had things in my hand but decided not to buy them so I put them down and proceeded to leave. She LITERALLY stopped right infront of me at the exit and was crossing her arms and basically said, "did you find everything okay?" and she had a very unpleasant look on her face, and i was very stunned and i was like "yes but decided not to get it." and she goes "well, DID YOU PUT EVERYTHING BACK?" like who the hell does that?! before this all happened i realized she was one who came up to me earlier and was like "how are you today?" and i was like GOOD HOW ABOUT YOU? and she looked at me and walked away, this woman did not smile ONCE. so realizing that she was following me, i was VERYYYYY stunned because she was TERRIBLE. first of all you're not supposed to accuse a customer of stealing, secondly, smile and stop acting like a snob. when she asked if i put everything back, i was like DO YOU WANNA LOOK IN MY DAMN PURSE?! and i opened it and she looked in it real quick and she was like nope i don't want to. and i left. i was so pissed because working in retail LP ain't supposed to say shit unless they actually see someone stealing it EVEN if they're suspicious. i called management and all the woman said was oh. and i wasl ike YEAH i couldn't catch her name, and you would think she'd be like "oh well what'd she look like?" and then she was like okay well have a nice day. Seriously can't believe that woman, if I ever come back and see her and catch her name I'm going to do everything I can to let her manager know that she made that mistake. That's the last thing you'll wanna make a customer feel like. ALSO, GOD FORBID if she was the manager of that store, that store will be going down with complaints if she continues that behavior she showed today. read more
