One thing I appreciated was being kept in the loop with the status of my items. I received a phone call when they were ready to ship, when they shipped and when they were ready to be delivered. The staff at Westwood really went above and beyond. I look forward to shopping with them again. Even after my table and chairs were delivered I noticed an issue with one of the chairs and they were quick to get my chair, have it repaired and return it to me. They make sure you are taken care of and happy with the product you have purchased!
