I went to get a bra. Girl was so incredibly helpful. Did a refitting and brought me different style and slight size difference to see what suited me best. Helped me understand what I should be doing and how to check my fit. Friendly and helpful the whole time. She had other customers but kept coming back to check on me. This really made my day because it's so hard to find my size in Yuma. The other stores we went to customer service was horrible and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Especially during the holiday season I understand but still. Whoever trained this worker did a great job. She's the best and I'll be going back for more and telling everyone I know. My fiancé and I had the best experience EVER here this evening!! We went in looking for a suit for him, and Kobe helped us with every aspect of the outfit- jacket, pants, shirt, tie, & pocket square. We didn't feel rushed or like we were bothering him at all. We got shoes and a belt to complete the look, Jonathan helped us with that. This is the first Dillard's I have visited. Definitely has higher-end items. You can easily drop a hundo for a dress or a blouse. I have fallen victim many times. They have great sales though if you think you can hold out. I have purchased a couple of Kensie dresses for $34.30 that retailed for $98. Some of my other great deals were Chesea & Violet, MSSP, Willow and Clay, and Jessica Simpson. read more

I was in the store in January looking for a dress for my daughters wedding in August. Monica, in the ladies wear was so helpful and pleasant. She didn't pressure me at all to buy. She took some pictures of me wearing two of the dresses so I could send them to my daughter in Canada. She told me she could hold them for me until the next day. Ask for Michael Mooney in the men's shoe department! Read on to find out why! :) My experiences with the Dillard's out here in Yuma has always just been mediocre. There has been no over the top experience or customer service until this past weekend when my husband and I went in to browse and look at some Nike shoes. We were greeted by a man named Michael Mooney who made us feel so welcomed! He started with small rapport building as we were looking around and didn't seem sales pushing or anything. He saw my husband looking at some nikes and quickly offered his assistance and expertise. Michael offered me a chair as I am 9 months pregnant and told me not to worry he would take care of everything. He grabbed us the shoes and it was a perfect fit, by his recommendation we went a half size bigger and my husband was very happy on how much more comfortable it fit. He was not expecting that and had always been buying the nikes more snug fitted. We paid for our merchandise and Mr. Mooney said one thing that made my day. He said "can you please do me a favor?" "Please bring your little one in once you are able to, we would love to have him here and I would love to meet him." He made us feel like his family and that goes a long way! Someone needs to make Michael Mooney a manager or in charge of customer service! He changed my whole view on this specific Dillard's and I want to go back and buy all the shoes there just to be helped by him! Thank you Michael! We were at a dog show in Yuma and had to make an unexpected stop to shop for men's dress pants (because I forgot to pack them for my husband - oops!). The staff was one of the most customer-friendly ones I have ever encountered. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The selection was a little on the cheap side, but overall, our experience was great. We got what we needed with really helpful clerks. read more

I dislike this Dillards extremely. The only reason I shop there is because Yuma does not have another "high-end" department store. Most sales representatives earn commission so they follow you. I always feel like they think I'm trying to steal. The shoe, purse, and accessory departments are terrible with this. If it is not busy, they will stand in front of you while you try on shoes. Merchandise is great, but staff will be the reason this place shuts down as soon as another vendor comes to town like Macy's. read more

Went into Dillard's today to find a bridal shower gift for my soon to be sister in law and I was very disappointed. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to cash me out, I was losing my patience. Also, not only were they out of sizes for most of the sleepwear, but I finally find something in the size I needed and the cashier refused to sell it to me! It was a 3 piece set but one of the pieces was missing. However, I found another piece to buy that would complete it. I offered to pay separately and the full price even though a piece was missing and the cashier still refused to sell it to me. Worst service I've ever had. read more

Management is very rude they do not take returns. The store manager flat out told me I wasted 50 dollars on a brand new pair of Levi's 501's that ripped on me. I only wore the jeans a few hours before they ripped on me. I went to return them for a refund and the store manager wouldn't even give me a partial refund.
