The tall lady with blonde & purple hair was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. the hat shaper was turning on the steamer for us and said it would take about 45 minutes for it to heat up. no worries, we start walking around while he waits for the steamer. The blonde hair lady turns around and scolded him, asking "whose hat is that? is it a customers?" he replied with "yes, waiting for the steamer to turn on." she looked at him and said "we do not have time for hats, the floor is packed and we need everyone on board!" EXUCSE ME? the 5 customers in the store? just because she was flustered and doesn't know how to do her job and ring up one customer, doesn't mean the floor is packed. coming from another customer service provider, girl learn how to do your job. and don't be rude, it's a disgusting look on you. find another boot barn location to visit if she's working!

Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. I can't say anything negative other than I would hope they would have more shoe sizes for sizes 5-6/30. It's a smaller section but I also know they are more of a common size. I would be going back soon.

The lines do get ridiculously long. On the day I went shopping, the line extended passed the womens dress clearance rack. However, the employees were working quickly & efficiently to get the line moving. It took a while but that's just how it is with these great value stores! I did not mind the wait & although the line was long it did move rather quickly! I asked the very nice Sales Associate where all the benches were. She said they were at the back of the store at clearance. I carried my 3 boxes from the front of the store to the back. There are 2 benches at the end of the clearance racks. One was being used so I took the second one. I got up to look in the mirror. There's only 2 of those also. I tried one and that was being used so I had to walk to the Men's section and use that one. When I returned to the bench I was using another customer had moved my own shoes and shoes I was trying on. I will say again this is a shoe store, there should be seating everywhere and mirrors everywhere. This is the first Skechers I have experienced with lack of both. It was a bit aggravating.

We spent over $300 on this project, so we weren't just there to waste time. My two grandsons were a bit rambunctious after being cooped up in the house the last two days. They were running in the aisles but steering clear of the merchandise. A sour looking employee happened to be doing some menial work near where the boys were running around and at one point yelled at my daughter to control her kids and make them stop running around the merchandise. I was personally keeping an eye on the boys and making sure they stayed in the middle of the aisle and were nowhere near anything they could disturb. We didn't appreciate her rude attitude, nor her unsolicited "parenting" towards my daughter and grandkids. Her income is based on customers purchasing products. If her lousy attitude chases people away, Hobby Lobby loses business. I asked the cashier for the name of that unprofessional, unfriendly witch, since she happened to be standing behind her. She told me her name is Annie. So, I advise whoever is in charge of this Annie, to train her how to properly deal with customers who are spending large amounts in the store. She is a huge turnoff!!
