We ended up walking around the little downtown of Williamstown and stumbled upon Amorosa. We saw the amazing deals they had on the window and a nice collection of entrees of pastas and pizzas. The atmosphere is very family friendly and comfortable for groups and hangouts. We were extremely pleased and delighted with our orders of the chicken avocado carbanaro pasta and the prosciutto calzone. The calzone came with a small delicious arugula Parmesan vinaigrette salad. The pasta was sooooo good that we couldn't stop eating it and finished the whole main dish! We eyed a lot of pizzas that other customers ordered and plan on trying those out next time. The desserts by the bar/cafe looked really amazing and scrumptious too but we were too full to try those. We would definitely come back to try many other things here!! Is Crust the real deal?…read more I have read mixed reviews about the quality and taste of the pizzas at Crust. I have tried Crust several times now to say that I find it almost impossible for a pizza to taste terrible here. If you take a look at their menu you will find a whole range of drool evoking combinations of ingredients that will have you licking your lips just by reading the words. Just don't look at the pictures, it's pretty much food porn. I believe Crust is different. It tastes different, a great difference and one to get excited about. These are great tasting pizzas. I always pick up the pizzas when I make an order and I have never had an issue. I can recommend the Peri-Peri pizza with marinated chicken breast fillets, shallots, roasted capsicum, caramelised onions, bocconcini, topped with Peri-Peri sauce. Can't go wrong with this one. The Crust Supreme with smoked ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, capsicum, Spanish onions, pineapple & kalamata olives showed me how a pizza with a host of ingredients can work in harmony. The price might seem expensive, but if you're happy to pay for exotic tastes like pulled pork, wagyu prawn, Singapore chilli crab and sangria duck, you only have one choice.
