Our experience with Rome & Bros Construction has been very positive! We were referred to Rome & Bros Construction through contacts in the local Building Construction industry who were impressed. Once Rome & Bros completed their initial site visit before submitting their bid (which was very competitive) and because we had requested bid in January (before peak season work began), Rome & Bros had an opening to schedule their work in February. Mobilization, tear off, and re-roofing were performed timely (weather dependent) and minor change orders were approved prior to conducting their work. Rome and Bros Construction can pretty much do anything. If not directly then indirectly by subbing it out. Roman is always responsive, respectful, responsible to any need. Most recently we had a siding leak situation at our complex where water was getting into one of our units. They came out swiftly and took care of the job. The resident didn't even know they were out there and the job was already finished by the time I had to give an update to the resident. They can do trash haul out at a decent price. They can paint interior, exterior, curbs, fire lanes and whatever else needed. They can do welding. Repair stairs. Siding. Roofing. Dry-wall repair. Plumbing. Replace and repair rotten wood. Rome & Bros was one of 4 service providers I contacted initally. They were first to reply, and also came in with the lowest bid. I had an appointment shecdule for 1st thing the next day! At 10 minutes past my appointment time, I was contacted by Roman to update me that they were a bit behind at the previous job, and they arrived only 10 minutes after that. The work was done VERY quickly and the crew of 2 picked up mess that was not even of their making!
