It's a men's store and as a woman I felt so welcome. Peter was his name. After trying on a couple of hats I was happy to find one. It was a Panamanian hat that perfectly fit me. The price was a little bit higher than I what I typically pay for a hat but the customer experience that I received made a lot of difference for me. This store has an excellent mix of funky/practical, whimsical/strong. Since at any given time there are probably at least 20 designers' collections for offer here (perhaps more) with a very wide range, I think you really get much more here than just in a normal shop. I like the idea to promote young and up and coming designers, too. Prices aren't cheap (but they also aren't 'expensive' ). You pay for what you get.
