When I called her office back, they told me to just send them the court payment, promising they would take care of it. About a month later, I followed up with the court only to find out that the payment had never been made. Now the case is on my record for 3 years. She only contacted me after I posted a Google review and promised to refund the fee I had paid her for the case, while denying that she had ever taken the case. It has now been two months, and I still have not received my refund. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
