I did not hear from her until a week later after my initial request. I always had to call for updates and her usual response of " we haven't received a police report dear" was standard and the word "dear" was used a lot too. The service was SLOW so I sought another company to handle my case. On June 11, 2026, I wrote to Elizabeth that I will no longer need their service and please send my new law firm a drop letter. Elizabeth informed me that it'll take 2 weeks for that to happen. I called weekly on whether the drop letter has been sent and as usual her " I submitted it the day you asked me to dear and it's out of my hands. That goes to another department ". Frustrated, I asked why she hasn't followed up after each of my call. Same answer. Today, 7,9,2026 I called the front office instead of Elizabeth. Her supervisor informed me that today is the only day that she has heard of my request. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot and never once have I called my customers "dear" in a condescending voice. So disappointed with my experience.

I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back.
