The previous tech ghosted on us and never came back to fix the problems. We called Tim from CenTex, and he came out about 15 minutes later. Its Sunday, July 3rd., so it's hot, but the short amount of time they showed up on a day when EVERYONE is off and with friends was very much appreciated. My ac unit is about 10 or 11 yrs. He replaced 2 parts that should have died long ago, a third part that was just crap. With the senior discount (parent's house) the bill was pretty easy to stomach considering I know it should have been more. So very reasonable pricing. The best part is the guy didn't try to take advantage of the situation. He let me know there was something else that needed to be fixed but advised me to hold off on, so this repair didn't get outrageous. Even gave me his best guess on how long I could push the part that needs replacing. This was over all a great experience. This is who you should call!!!
