There a few taps here with the opportunity to purchase growlers. The taps are changed regularly. They also let you try a sample. The staff here is fantastic, very outgoing but more importantly they know their craft beer. I always ask for staff recommendations on the large selection of IPA's. Stopped in to redeem a $50 gift card that I was given for Christmas. One of the brother owners…read moresaid that someone had already redeemed the card the previous month. Keeping in mind that they don't seem to have the technology to scan the bar code on a gift card, they just punch in the numbers. Obviously someone had punched this in wrong previously, but either he wasn't able to come to that conclusion or he just didn't give a shit. But he "would talk to his brother about it and give me a call the next week" Meanwhile, I spent $50 out of my own pocket since he wouldn't take the gift card. Crickets since then - and now they've lost my business forever. Amazing to think that a mom and pop place like that would be run by people who lack basic customer service skills
