What we found was an exceptional team in Tailored Roofing * Remodeling * Bathrooms. Our home is only 11 years old, but we had discovered mold and knew the shower needed to be replaced. During the initial consultation, Gabe Garwick took the time to answer all of our questions, patiently walked us through the available options, and helped us design the shower we wanted while also keeping our costs under control. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more than necessary. Once the project began, we discovered the real culprit. The original builder had failed to properly seal the shower drain, allowing water to leak beneath the shower pan for years. When the shower was removed, additional mold was discovered beneath the pan that none of us expected. Rather than simply covering it up, Cody Emert thoroughly explained exactly what had happened, showed us the affected areas, and made sure every bit of mold was removed. Fortunately, the mold had not spread into the framing, so there were no surprise charges. I've attached before-and-after photos because they tell the story far better than words ever could. Seeing what was hidden behind the walls gave us an even greater appreciation for the quality of the work that went into rebuilding our shower correctly. Cody was absolutely outstanding. He completed the entire project himself in just two full days, arriving on time each morning and cleaning up before leaving each evening. He was incredibly respectful of our home, even storing his tools inside the new shower pan overnight so we could continue using the bathroom and easily access our closet. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot about his professionalism. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and communication. Throughout the installation, he kept us informed of his progress, and if we didn't come check on him, he came to find us with updates. He involved us in every important decision, from the height and placement of the fold-down bench and grab bar to the height of the shower head and control valve. He even installed shutoff valves inside the wall so that if plumbing work is ever needed years from now, the entire house wouldn't have to be without water. Better yet, he only needed the water shut off for about 20 minutes to install them. Now that we've actually used the new shower, we couldn't be happier with the results. The design choices Gabe helped us make, combined with Cody's craftsmanship, somehow make the shower feel noticeably larger and more open even though the footprint hasn't changed. We were also a little hesitant about upgrading the shower head, but after our first shower we're so glad we did. The water pressure is excellent, the spray options are fantastic, and the overall showering experience is a huge improvement over what we had before. The finished shower is beautiful, but what gives us the most confidence is knowing what is behind the walls. After seeing the hidden mold and the improperly sealed drain left by the original builder, it's reassuring to know our new shower was rebuilt the right way with quality materials, thoughtful upgrades, and outstanding workmanship. I work for a company where taking care of the customer isn't just a goal--it's part of our culture. Because of that, I notice when another company genuinely puts its customers first. I must say up front... No renovation is going to go as planned. It's what happens with the…read morecontractor and how it's handled that makes the difference. My renovation was unique. I required a bathroom revamp with some handicap features, I needed to enclose what was a formal living room into an office/den, and I needed new flooring in a bedroom and general things done. I moved my parents into my home and this was what was needed. I purchased the cabinets for the office/den from a cabinet company. All the rest of the materials came through Ronco. No problem. They started with the living room conversion. New custom french doors. new flooring and they installed the cabinets that I purchased. The sub-contractor installing the cabinets did not get them quite right due to some custom things provided by the maker. It did not matter, Ronco told me it was gonna be right. They made it all perfect and the cabinet parts that needed replacement was taken care of by Ronco, They revamped my entire bathroom with the Onyx collection "system" and it is top notch. All the way down to the shower pan. They converted my bathtub to a walk in shower with a new wall system, doors and fixtures with a fold down seat etc. I also had them re-use the existing vanity, paint it, and place a new top with a double wide "vessel" sink. We worked together. It was between me providing the fixtures I wanted and they handled the installation. (Thanks Ben) During the install they did damage an electrical wire in the wall, they fixed it. They re-designed the tub plumbing to be a shower with extra nozzles. The new office/den got good insulation. This was another thing. I have never been able to run more than (1) TV show in the house at once. I can now have (2) shows going at pretty high volumes at the same time. Thanks Ronco (Lin) for the great insulation job. They matched the trim. Now the wood is another thing... They have a wonderful wood craftsman that matched the existing wood floor where there was not one for my new office/den. He also constructed from scratch, not pre-made, (2) custom barn doors that separate my front part of the house from the great room. The openings were not made for barn doors and they took on an idea I had for a door and they made it happen. They are the right color, fold like I wanted and look amazing! (Jim your amazing) I know this sounds too good to be true but I really thank Ron, Julie and all the rest at Ronco for taking care of me and my unique remodel. Did it go perfect, NO. No job is going to be perfect. I will say though, what matters is what they did to fix it. They didn't run from it, they took care of the problems and we went on to the next. Was it done in 3 weeks.... NO! I think if it would have been done fast then I don't think it would have been done the way I wanted it. So with the timing, it took a little while but in the end, I am sure glad they made sure it was right because waiting for the right person for the job is the right thing to do. You just don't go get the first guy that says he can "hammer a nail". Thank You Ronco for a job well done!

Recently had new granite counter tops installed to replaced older granite counter tops. I received…read morea call early one morning advising granite would be installed that morning. I had not received advance schedule or notice and had not had plumbing disconnected. Installer asked if this was new construction and when I advised I was replacing current granite, he said that was not on his work order. Then he asked if I was removing granite? I told him I was not and I would them to remove. Then he said he would need to contact the office. Office later called and said they would need to charge me additional amount to remove granite. I had made no secret to the salesperson that I currently had granite and was replacing it. No mention was ever made there was an additional charge outside of what I was quoted. So I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge. After granite was installed following day, the installers did not caulk the demarcation line from the granite counter tops and the backsplash. When I asked the installer, he said it was not his job. So I had to hire someone to caulk the line around the granite. Seems like that would have been part of the job..... I felt customer service was lacking and once paid, you are on your own. In addition, no one ever called to ask if I was happy with the installation and product nor if I had any questions. I expected more and was sadly disappointed.

I live about 20 minutes south of them in a Tulsa Suburb and the guy on the line told me $185 cause he didn't feel like coming all the way down to my area... Definitely didn't care about a customer wanting to give money for a service and he clearly had no honor for his advertisements on his own website. I recommend looking for an honorable business for your services.
