I checked online for the best plumbers who handle back flow preventers. The answer was Maston's Plumbing. I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job.
