Days go by and nothing then I noticed my mom arguing with the insurance company and the plumber plays stupid acting like he has no idea why they won't cover 400$ of the bill... Plumber calls says now they want the 400$ again and another 200$. To install. I realize something smells, I didn't hire these guys and the insurance and them have a relationship I'm unaware of, I get a goofy story every time. Enter Ryan, owner I'm told. I tell him that I have not consented to this relationship and want my hot water heater and will hire someone else. At this point he begins threatening me berating me and says he's going to turn me in to the state for a illegal water heater unless I give him 400$ The insurance tells me it's my hot water heater he says I owe him nothing but must pay him to get it..... it really feels like I saved my mother who is disabled and 80 from a fraudulent extortion attempt. Law enforcement has been called and I hope they investigate and because of his attitude, there's way more victims I believe

Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location. I had an annual subscription (not just a monthly) with AirCo for my property in midtown. The…read moreproperty was sold in late July. I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.
