Their technician quickly identified that the compressor start switch had failed. He replaced the switch, and the refrigerator has worked perfectly ever since. It took them two weeks from the time our unit was approved to come and install it. We had no heat for 2 weeks. Thank goodness I work from home or else I would have been fired from my job. They would give me a timeframe and either not come at all or finally show up 4-5 hours AFTER their original window of time. They were full of excuses. They installed the unit and we went outside to look at the work and it was the sloppiest work I have ever seen all the way down to the caulking. We ended up having a local reputable company come and inspect it and there are several things not even up to code on it!! We are now trying to work with AHS to get it fixed. The contractor has been contacted and won't respond to AHS or us to come out. They also charged us $1,400 and we don't have a shred of paperwork to show what was done.
