For your first initial visit she will tell you the parts of your body she is working on. She was able to tell me things I knew myself but didn't discuss with other people about bad habits such as clenching my teeth she was able to tell from doing the reflexology on my feet! Maria is able to tell a lot about your body just by your feet and toes! Another time my stomach was growling I apologized to her saying I had eaten I don't know why my stomach is growling. Maria said it was because she was working on my digestive system. Well that explained that! I walk in to the office in Pain and walk out rejuvenated! The office is very peaceful and has a relaxing atmosphere. I have felt better after going to Maria when I have had a cold! She works on the sinus thru your feet! I have an ongoing knee problem that she works out the kinks and gets me feeling better. Maria has hands of healing! You don't have to get undressed for this type of massage. Just undress shin down. Your feet feel like your walking on clouds when you are done. I reserve half hour appts which Maria covers a lot of issues in a half hour. I highly recommend reflexology with Maria!
