Peter had experience installing heated tile floors and was tremendous in helping to design glassed in showers in a small space. He also took care of installing updated fixtures, fans, toilets and even a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We were not there during much of the renovation but Peter was meticulous in emailing daily progress reports, photos and ensuring I okayed every decision and selection. We worked closely with Jayme at Tile America, both getting a big thumbs up from me for great selection and assistance in designing the bathrooms and living room. The painters Peter recommended did a beautiful and thorough job and Peter helped us find great colors to pull everything together. Scott stated the current floors were white oak while the other bidder stated the floors were red oak. To alleviate our concerns Scott came out to the house, sanded a large square of the floor. He brought several samples of unfinished red and white oak boards. Together we determined the flooring is white oak. The house had 3 different tones of white oak floor. In addition, we had the tile floors in the foyer and kitchen removed and new white oak flooring installed. Our goal was to get all of the floors to a similar tone. This required additional sanding to achieve. Scott finished the floors with 3 coats of Bona HD High Traffic Matte clear coat. It is impossible to determine where the new floors meet the old. The floors are gorgeous. Scott and his crew are true professionals. They showed up on time and worked extra hours to get the job done. Do not hesitate to contact Tamas & Son for any wood floor work you need done.

Monetary loss, very hard for senior citizens to ambulate, very labor intensive intensive, no time to hire someone to complete the manual labor. Two seniors had to complete. We have a new stoop. The newly redone work is good. I suggested we get a break for a rather enormous failure, but this has not been honored. I was quite excited initially, nice team, will never contract again.
