Great spot, while visiting we stumbled upon this wall in the wall spot, small and cute. The line was literally really long, had like a 30min wait. Could be a little less, but felt like we were in the line for quite some time. When it was our turn there wasn't any milk for milkshakes, so I got muddy sneakers. Which wasn't to sweet, for white chocolate. The portions were huge, worth every penny, love the fact it's doggy friendly. The young lady who helped us really had a lot of patience because there were 15 of us, some kept changing their flavors, some was adding toppings. Really confusing for her, but she did a really great job. If ever I visit lake harmony again I'll be sure to visit piggy's. read more

Ice cream was just ok. There was so many ice crystals in mine it was hard to enjoy the flavor. There was too much crunch. Maybe it was just the batch I had. Plenty of tables to sit outside. read more

This place sucks! They don't allow tasting samples, so we reluctantly ordered a 2 scoop caramel sundae. We were then informed they don't have whipped cream or cherries. Can we get an extra topping since you're out of that stuff? Nope....And they were cash only, which OK kinda get it. so I hand them a $20 bill. But, they were out of change, and since I didn't have any smaller bills, I got my $20 back and left. Found a way better ice cream place not far, not sure how this place stays in business. read more

Best ice cream ever but service and experience is spotty depending on staff. We went the night of Tuesday august 3rd and it was great. Then tonight august 4th 2021 it was meh. Employees seemed very stressed and were screaming and yelling about how dysfunctional the back was so customers could hear. But they were super kind and very sweet. They Served messy cones and cups to customers. I watched one dude hand a guy his cup with legit half his finger lodged into this mans ice cream. Really gross LOL. then to my sister they Said "oh we ran out of hot fudge" but still charged us ....? Ridiculous. But we love the ice cream itself you've gotta go. Unbelievably disappointing. We used to LOVE this place. Portions are about 1/3 what they used to be and prices have increased dramatically. I get that prices have gone up on everything recently but this visit felt like an absolute ripoff. You just lost some customers. read more

This place seems like a good option for ice cream, especially if you are staying in the area, but there are wayy better options. Check out the ice cream shop on 903 (right near the entrance to I80). They have a lot more options, nicer staff, and better ice cream! Hog Heaven is often staffed by teenagers who are sitting in the back texting and get annoyed when you want to order something. Like others have said, the service is sub-par because of it. Also, this place is CASH-ONLY (something to keep in mind if you do decide to come). They don't tell you this until after you order. One time, the girl made my sundae and then decided to tell me it was cash-only (which I didn't have since I barely ever carry cash). Overall, there are better places in the area, just look around! read more

If you're up here in the fall, call first. All searches including Yelp said they were open. Drove there and they were closed. Lesson learned.. Saw a Piggy's (restaurant next door) outside who told us "maybe a waitress could get you something but there are only 3 flavors left." We left. Later we saw help wanted ads, so my guess is they are way understaffed. We will try again next time we are in the area. read more

Never got to taste anything because after parking and walking around to the front the kids were gagging from the smells coming from the dumpsters out back.
