I was stressed out about getting my green card. I met Mr. Hogan and he went into great details, explaining to me the pros and cons of the application. Mr. Hogan sat down with me for almost a couple of hours painstakingly going through the application form and answering all my questions. He also explained legal loopholes (I485J) that I could use to work if my company didn't agree to sponsor my visa, but that I had no idea about! He answered all my queries clearly and immediately. He knew what he was doing! I was worried that it would take 2 years to get the green card (that's how long the delay is), but I got it in 5 months!!!! This means that the form was filled out perfectly! I was worried about the medical exam, but he knew who I should go to, what I needed to take with me, and it went smoothly. Mr. Hogan did a great job representing my daughter regarding an auto accident. He first suggested that we try reviewing police video and then talking with the city prosecutor to see if we could get her ticket dismissed. I thought we found some good evidence there. Unfortunately, the Lubbock prosecutor loves going to court or something, so they didn't dismiss it. Still, I appreciate that advice from Mr. Hogan as he was trying to save us some money. In court Mr. Hogan was able to get to the real facts of what happened and was able to do so without even calling my daughter as a witness. She was nervous about court, but he was able to use other witness testimony to prove that she wasn't guilty based on what other people said.
