This office is the most unprofessional, disorganized and should not be in the business of helping people. I received Incomplete packets that even though they were told I am very low vision, legally blind they wanted me to fill out the many many pages and if I said they were hard to fill out I was told to blow them up. no reasonable accommodations were offered. For months I was never contacted as to why they it receive paperwork. I was not told about it until I contacted them, but the lady up front will say she did. Any attempt to make an inoffice appointment with the attorney is diverted. I expressed how displeased i was and i hire her to respesrsent me with the same passion as I do for myself and that I question if I should end the contact. Front office stated she would talk to Ms Jordan and let her know. I said please let her know my concerns and see if there is something we can do to resolve this. I wanted to hear back and nothing , 2 days later I call and learn that letters were sent out about ending our contract. The front office lady, denied me ever saying that I wanted her to speak with the attorney to resolve this. And hung up on when i Suggested she should not be in the is type of office, make up whatever as she goes. read more

I feel they false advertise, I tried to get help with an SSDI, an was not helped at all, totally dismissed I spoke yo 2 different people at separate times first time, whenever snswered the phone was absolutely rude, 2nd time it was a quick no.... so they advertise the help with SSDI, NO THEY DONT read more

I consulted Ms. Jordan back in January because I was planning to apply for disability through Social Security. She spent at least an hour with me asking questions about my medical condition and other relevant circumstances. She then advised me I could apply on my own and in her opinion I would be approved without needing legal representation. She also gave me a bunch of helpful advice for completing my application. This morning I found out my case has been approved. She did not charge me a penny for her advice and she could have easily convinced me that I needed her representation and gotten a hefty fee out of me.
